Its good to stay for few days but i think the light too dark i prefer room bright maybe should go for window room and the bathroom is surprisingly nice!!!

My stay at Brown Hotel Penang was pleasant. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for a short getaway. The location was convenient, with easy access to local food, shopping, and attractions. The room is clean, and all the staff are very friendly. Dont forget to try Chinese noodles near the hotel, they're open in the morning

Nice small room with small fridge, tv and bathroom. Just nice for two people, not more than that. Walking distance to food court across the road, and chinese restaurant next to hotel. Limited open space parking. Room deposit RM100 in cash only, you'll get back when check out.

Inexpensive stay and convenient location. Okay for a quick stay, do not expect high quality bed or full of amenities. Just the basics like tooth brush, hair dryer and towels. Limited parking available too

Hard to find parking. I booked two rooms, and both had a strong cigarette smell. The rooms also had an unpleasant odor overall. Not suitable for a big family.

Simple hotel with not much facilities, room is relatively clean but the noise from adjacent road is quite loud.

The location isn't close to many food options, but it's near Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple, and Gurney Plaza. Getting a Grab is convenient though. The staff are lovely and communicate well in English. They even allowed a late checkout until 1 PM.

Brown Hotel provides excellent value for money. The room was clean, well kept, and equipped with new-looking materials and furnishings. A comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
