Horrible experience. The room was hot and despite putting the highest speed for air conditioning it was still warm. In the gym, it was like a sauna. I checked out after one night despite paying for 3 nights. The staff didn’t even bother asking the reason for my early check out. There was a huge air circulator at the lobby and the main door was under repair for a couple of days. Will definitely demand a refund.

Centrally location, bed and pillow are comfortable with no smell. Convenient stall just at lobby, every floor with water dispenser, nice place to stay for short vis to Penang. Nice view from our room, free parking and easy to get parking place.

Checking in was smooth staff were helpful., location is good walking distance to food, shopping mall and convenience store. The Michelin Hokkien mee (888hokkien mee) is about 5min walk away from hotel. Basic gym equipment in spacious room. Water dispenser along corridor of each floor. However bed and pillow is not my liking.

3. Free parking in the building using key card for entry/ exit
4. Value for money
5. Speedy check in/ out within 5 minutes
Areas for improvement

Definitely a great location for accessing most of the famous Penang food, the room cleanliness was ok but can be improve further.

The location is very convenient, near to malls and different restaurants. I love how environmental friendly this hotel is, they will not provide water bottles, instead you can pitch your drinking water outside the room with their provided water dispenser. It’s clean and swimming pool is very nice at the top of hotel. Will recommend this to my friends 😊.
