I wish I could rate them in negative stars . We are supposed to check in at 3pm( we reach at 3.30pm ) . And when we asked them for our room they told us they can only give after 5 pm. And it’s almost 5 pm when I enquired at the counter they are not responding and showing attitude (are they expecting us to sleepy on the floor ) Worst hotel in Genting Highland I guess
