Apartment is good but the service is terrible. We booked through agoda for 10pax, but the amenities given were only for 6pax, need to pay extra for 4 pax amenities. We ordered 2 more beds, beds were given but pillow excluded! Phone in living room cannot be used to contact customer service, it is used only for contacting another room, need to WhatsApp customer service! You need to check in first to get the access to go into the carpark… otherwise the apartment is nice for family vacation.

-ve: 1. was really hard to get a grab in the area and the concierge recommended for us to download this app - inDrive and it’s really useful! The hotel shuttle bus to premium outlet is RM10 per pax and comes at fixed timing so might be better to book a grab if you’re with family. Takes 10 mins to get to cable car/premium outlet and about 30 mins to get to the theme parks. 2. Read the older reviews on the unpleasant smell in the lobby - there’s indeed a slight sewage smell but bearable. Pro tip - leave ur toilet windows wide open… we shut it for a while and the entire bathroom stunk up the room so bad. 3. There’s no air conditioning in the living room, only in the two bedrooms but overall the rooms are decent and has basic facilities! (No utensils, iron, microwave etc) 4. Lift during peak period really takes a while (weekend morning 15 mins wait) but weekday morning was fast! 5. Not a lot of options for oriental vegetarian but they do have an egg counter which was lovely :) the staff was rly nice! They did switch up the food options over the two days I stayed here. +ve: 1. The view from the sky deck and pool is really great and lovely, that was really the best part of our stay. 2. The hotel facilities like pool and gardens look really nice for a chill day, there’s also massage facilities at the lobby :) 3. Staffs are friendly and welcoming :)
