Novotel Genova City Reviews

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

Very good location, convenient parking at a reasonable price and excellent staff. We spent two nights and it was very comfortable.

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

Food not that good

Terrible experience. a)The hotel is not close to the old city so you will have to find a taxi there and back - getting back is very difficult as there are not many taxis and no Uber/local car services. b) First room had a sticky floor as did the very small pool - the small pool was muddy. FYI the pool is open from 12pm - 8pm - not that convenient. c) First room shower overflowed with sewage from the shower - literal feces… Conplained and was given another room. Planned to go out that night but room change and feeling ill left us with no motivation. d) Sent video of overflowing sewage to manager after complaint and had the good team at trip.com call to negotiate… nothing, zilch and nope the hotel said (they did offer me a free coffee and parking - I don’t have a car). e) Avoid hotel groups like this and or this location!

Nice and clean

Very spacious, clean, and minimalist room. Very elegant bathroom, with a sink that I found a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer in the room (probably stolen by someone previously), which I reported to reception. The breakfast was very good and with a wide selection. Parking was a bit inconvenient (little space between the various stalls), partly due to having to stop by reception each time to validate the ticket. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful.

Facilities: Excellent! Cleanliness: Excellent! Environment: Excellent! Service: Excellent! Very safe! Great location! Convenient parking! The staff are also very good!

The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

The room was nice, suitable for business trips.

Very friendly reception staff. They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day... there's just a room cleaning without changing the sheets. Good stay. Close to the city. I recommend it.

As the hotel is located right off the highway upon entering Genoa, it is in a convenient location for those traveling by car. The breakfast is simple but decent. The underground parking lot is spacious. It is a good value hotel; there is a gas station right next to the hotel and a large supermarket, Eselunga, behind it.

The standard room has not been renovated, and the conditions are not as good as a guest house in China that costs 100 yuan a night! With this condition, it actually costs more than a thousand? ? ? ? ? I vomited blood. Lightning protection, lightning protection, lightning protection!
