All in all we were satisfied. This is the fourth time I have been to this hotel 🏨 You can see improvements every time. If something is missing, just say it and everything will be taken care of. The boss is always in the house and always very friendly.

Ein tolles, ruhiges Hotel (wie ein U gebaut), mega große Zimmer (Zi. 213 mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, Balkon), Parkplätze kostenlos (direkt vor dem Hotel), super Frühstücksbuffet und ein tolles Restaurant (zur Kirsche). Es gibt nix zu meckern, aber alles zu loben. Jederzeit würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. L’aspetto esterno, quando si arriva con la macchina non è per niente invitante, ma già dal parcheggio (molto ampio e con colonnine per auto elettriche) si vede un nell’ingresso. La Hall è ampia molto curata e lo staff è molto preciso e puntuale. È un albergo che ospita numerosi convegni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato al secondo piano in una camera comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile in camera e ci sono ampi spazi con due poltrone, un bel terrazzino frigobar e tv. Letti doppi comodissimi. C’è un centro benessere che non abbiamo visionato. Colazione da veri intenditori con ogni prelibatezza dolce e salata. Non lasciatevi ingannare dall’aspetto esteriore e lasciatevi cullare dal silenzio, dalla cortesia e dalla professionalità di chi gestisce questo albergo

Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig, d. h. ausreichend groß!
Frühstück auch üppig und vielseitig.
Weg nach Gengenbach rel. Kurz, dort schöner, interessanter Weihnachtsmarkt!
Aufgefallen war nur in der Dusche im Hotel, dass dort im unteren Bereich etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden sollte (dunkle Stellen in den Fugen und an der Duschabtrennung)

Schon seit vielen Jahren geniessen wir auch dieses Jahr zweimal unseren Kurzurlaub im Schwarzwaldhotel Gengenbach. Die Suite ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Mahlzeiten sind sehr schmackhaft und köstlich. Die Bedingungen sind sehr freundlich und in jeder Hinsicht aufmerksam.

Nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof Gengenbach. Hätte ich am Bahnhof vielleicht einen kleinen Wegweiser zum Hotel gefunden, hätte ich einige 100m Umweg gespart. Großes Hotel mit schön angelegtem Garten. Bei meiner Anreise war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und ich stand etwa 5 Minuten dort (und im Barbereich), um einen Mitarbeiter zu finden. Und dann die KRÖNUNG DEUTSCHER DIGITALISIERUNG (und der Grund warum ich 2 Sterne abziehe): Mir wurde tatsächlich ein Meldebogen in 3-(od. 4-)facher Ausführung vorgelegt, mit der Bitte, diesen auszufüllen! Egal wer diese Formulare fordert, solange es Leute (Hotels) gibt, die das mitmachen, kommen wir nicht voran in diesem Land! Dies war das schlechteste Rezeptionserlebnis der letzten Jahre und die Hotelleitung sollte sich ernsthaft Gedanken über dieses Verfahren machen. Meine Wut über den Meldebogen konnte auch das ordentliche und saubere Zimmer nicht ausbügeln. Restaurant mit kleiner Karte, Speisen ok. Und beim Frühstück ging die Sucherei nach einem Mitarbeiter und frischem Kaffee erneut los. Das Frühstück war aber ansonsten ok! Eins ist sicher - legt mir irgendein Hotel nochmal so ein Formular vor, reise ich direkt ab und die Bewertung fällt härter aus!

Jolie hôtel situé a deux pas du centre historique de Gengenbach . L'hôtel possède une parking assez grand et gratuit ce qui est très pratique . Les chambres sont plutôt grande , agréable , bien équipée et possède un beau balcon . Seul bémol la literie bien trop molle a mon gout que ce soit le matelas ou les oreillers . Il y a de belles douches a l'italienne et un grand chauffe serviettes qui chauffe bien dans la salle de bain. Par contre nous avons eu froid toute la nuit impossible de régler le thermostat il était verrouiller . L'espace piscine , sauna est agréable , jolie et propre dommage que l'eau de la piscine était froide . Pour le buffet du petit déjeuner rien a redire . Il y avait du choix et les produits sont de qualité. le personnel est aimable le rapport qualité prix très correct

Hotel en las afueras de Gengenbach, un paseo de unos 15min, a tener en cuenta. Habitaciones limpias, cuidadas, terraza con vistas al restaurante, atención correcta y un factor importante para este agosto caluroso, el aire acondicionado en la habitacion!
