The bathroom is tiny, even small size asian like me also feel tight in the shower area, would be a disaster for bigger size people. The room has very poor sound insulation. People walking or talking at the corridor can be clearly heard inside the room. The noise from the street is also very disturbing as the window doesn’t block much noise. The location is good, close to tram station towards main train terminal. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient, as near lake and train station. The staff is helpful. The room and shower are both small but clean enough.

The hotel is in a great location. It has lots of charm.  the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.!!

That’s my favorite hotel in this trip in Geneva and there is very beautiful places and cleaning everywhere. I book a room with double beds for my friend and me. It’s very comfortable and cozy. Staffs are very nice and they welcome you yo Switzerland and introduce more places for us👍

Excellent location in the centre of Geneva near Cornavin station. Hotel lobby and rooms have a homey feel with friendly 24 hour front desk staff. Bathroom is very tiny but new and clean.

One receptionist was friendly while another one was annoyed at us not being able to arrange the public transportation card ourselves. We made our booking through trip so we didn’t receive any email from the hotel with any QR code. He could at least try and listen to us calmly instead getting annoyed so easily…

We had a very nice stay here. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. At night it was quiet. Pavel, the gentleman at the front desk was super polite, friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on his face. He gave us a 40% parking reduction pass and a free transportation pass for trams and buses. Breakfast is reasonably priced, but we didn’t have it. There are nice restaurants nearby. The only negative things I could say was that the shower was small, but that is normal in older buildings and I got some mosquito bites at night, but my partner did not. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel was quite old fashioned and not quite clean. It was just a night stay for us so still fine.

The staff were exceptional, very kind, polite and helpful. I received a free public transport voucher for the whole day so I was very happy with that. The only negative aspect was that it was so hot and stuffy at night, even after getting a fan. If Europe has more summer heat waves then time to invest in AC.

Facilities: The hotel is a typical European-style building. You can tell that it is an old house by the sound of walking on the floor. Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: The location of the hotel is OK, with bus line 7 and light rail line 15 next to it. The room is close to the street and the sound insulation is good, but the noise of various motorcycles is too loud after opening the window. Service: I speak French and asked the front desk many questions. The front desk receptionist Pavel was patient and enthusiastic to help. I also wrote an email in advance to ask for the Geneva transportation card. Pavel at the front desk responded quickly, humorously, and gave me a French grammar lesson: conditional tense. Things to note are that there is no kettle in the room, which is not very convenient. The electronic key to open the door is unique. If a kettle can be provided, I will choose this hotel next time.
