Nice place, nice view on ocean, all available nearby. Need a bit of refurbishment

I had a fantastic stay at Reefen Beach Resort. The location is excellent, offering a beautiful view of the ocean right from the property. Cloud 9 and General Luna are both easy to reach within a few minutes by scooter, which makes it a perfect base for exploring Siargao. The on-site restaurant serves good food, and there are plenty of additional dining options within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and stay close to everything the island has to offer.

Our stay was ok. A few concerns. The telephone did not work. If had worked we would not here at night…it was placed in the kitchen/living room on the bottom floor (bedrooms upstairs behind heavy duty doors).unable to safeguard valuables…the safe batteries dead—unable to program code. Staff very helpful and responded to our needs quickly. Overall favorable stay.

Nice and qccomodating sraff

Hotel with a lot of potential, would suggest a refurbishment.

The location is very good, and the view of the sea is lovely even though you cant swim there. The staff is very friendly, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the room. It was very run down and dated. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks, the mirror was cracked and old, and there were ants all over the room. This was incredibly frustrating especially when it came time to sleep as some would get on the bed. Housekeeping didn't really do a good job of spraying or getting rid of them. I was also very annoyed that I was woken up at 9am on my last day and told that the next guest who would be taking over my room had arrived and I should remember to check out on time. It wasn't the most pleasant stay.

I ordered Room with ocean view, but they didn’t see it. And they was full. They make it up with motorcycle for the few days here. Amazing location. Amazing brake fast

Amazing Stay. Great people in Reef Beach Resort

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

The room facilities were extremely poor; the furniture was old and damaged, and there was no hot water.

The service staff is very friendly. It is inevitable that the floor will be dirty after surfing, and they are also promptly cleaned. The hotel is close to the sea, and you can see the sunrise, but there are sharp reefs and no beach. The dinner options are OK. If you don't want to go out for dinner, you can eat in the hotel restaurant. A huge pitfall is that I had never expected before: the hotel restaurant has always had a resident band and DJ, but the volume is very loud, and it will last until 11 o'clock or even midnight. Even if you are tired from surfing during the day, it is difficult to fall asleep at night. In just a few days there, I have encountered several waves of guests who were unable to bear the disturbance and had to move out early. But the hotel management seems to be ***** and is completely indifferent to the guests' complaints. The staff is also helpless, and they only dare to tell me privately that it was not like this before, and the newly replaced management "has a very wonderful imagination." In addition, the wifi is always available and not available.

It seems like the best accommodation in Siargao! It was nice that there was some water filtration and early check-in was possible. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was only one key so the air conditioner couldn't be turned on all the time.
