M Qube Hotel

Tried out new concept with M Qube & it turned a pleasant stay. It is clean & well maintained in all areas. You will get all basic that needed after check-in and in your own cube. Locked locker provided also which no need worry your belongings with no where store but suggested for small/medium size only. Great ME-Time spent in own cube. You will have shared bathroom and it is acceptable clean level. Just to watch up that your amenities shower tray will be get wet if using standing rain shower head as it will spill all around. Location ok as there is a food court next to the building and the price is reasonable. I think gotten my second home to stay in whenever visit Penang 😊 Will be back soon!

Not bad, it belongs to a homestay, the landlord is very nice, because the environment is not familiar, he drove us to the halal restaurant, the family of four feels very happy, plus the photos of the homestay for your reference

I can easily find location of the hotel through google maps/ waze. If you are coming from USM, its quite difficult to enter the entrance road of the hotel due to the traffic condition. I suggest that you come from the Lotus hypermarket area, so the entrance road to the hotel is easily accessible. The receptionist is helpful and polite. The hotel provided ramp and lift and wheelchair-friendly. The room is quite small and compact but complete with basic necessities. The have smart tv so i can watch netflix using my account. Wifi is easily accessible. I could finish my work online during travelling. At the ground floor nearby thay have The Coffee Bean And Tea Lead Cafe, good dor those who are adsicted to coffee. Incan walk to the Lotus Hypermarket nearby to find toiletries or food, or eat at thw dood court. Family Mart is also a walking distance. It also located near to Pelita Nasi Kandar and Subaidah Nasi Kandar.

My family was checked into suite 803.to get to it we had to walk past a stinking rubbish room with dirt on outside it on the corridor floor! In the suit itself, there were stalactites formed on the hall ceiling with stalagmites growing on the floor in the middle of a pool of water! The guy on duty(apparently they had no manager there to manage the place) said it must have just happened and housekeeping had not told anyone yet!!!I hate blatant lies, stalactites and stalactites take months to grow and these were at least 6 months old!!! They moved us to suite 1105. This was marginally better but apart from the simple lock on the main door there was no secondary lock on it as the chain was missing!! It appears they did not maintain this room either and are comfortable to put their guests security at risk. Other people have written about their bad experiences at this property on Trip Adviser over several years and where the management has replied they have said they will improve! Rubbish, these are just words. From our experience the management and maintainable of this place has not improved. There are properties in Penang managed by passionate staff. This is not one of them and well worth avoiding!!
Lee Luxury Home by Zuzu

Beautiful hotel! Looks luxurious ! All the walls are tiled up to the top.. the room is neat and very clean. The toilet is also clean. Parking is available but limited. It's really comfortable to sleep here..Lee Luxury Home is SUPERB! Next time you can book here again.. Oh yes.. just 1.. it doesn't have a Qibla marker.. so, you have to use the right and accurate apps.. it's better to bring your own prayer mat.. because this hotel is a self-service concept. You have to take the access card to enter the room from the box.. later he will teach you how to do it.. so there is no one guarding the night counter.. I can't ask for a prayer mat.. huhuuu..
