We stayed at the Kempinski with the children (7 & 3) in February 2021. Given the fact this hotel is located, albeit in a touristic region, in deep Russian province, it clearly matches the standards of a 5 stars hotel. Not absolutely everything is perfection, but close enough, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. Speaking of them, the swimming pool was awesome, not to mention the kids’ club, which made our life easier and was a lot of fun for them. Should you be able to get access, I strongly recommend the use of the executive lounge - and I thank again Tatiana there, who was both super nice and helpful in helping us plan some excursions. Ksenia, who runs the guest relations office, also does an exceptional work - don’t hesitate to get in touch with her for anything.

Отель выбирался в экстренном порядке, ибо в этом году майские праздники продлили совершенно внезапно. Нужен был номер на троих, желательно с двумя комнатами и нормальными кроватями. Ну и не совсем в отдалении от моря. В итоге расположение нас вполне устроило. Номер назывался семейный без балкона, для несезона хорош, находится на последнем,пятом этаже. Номер в хорошем состоянии, кровати удобные, подушки слишком маленькие и плоские, на любителя короче. Сантехника новая, напор горячей воды достаточный. В номере чисто. Уборка не производилась, только вынесли мусор. На две ночи и не нужна, на сайте отеля была заявлена раз во сколько-то дней, тут без претензий. Спать не мешало ничего, соседей я не слышала, с улицы шума не было. Еще их хорошего - до заселения и после выезда оставляли чемоданы в комнате за ресепшен, бесплатно. Завтрак с 8 до 10.30. Тут двоякое впечатление. Очень странный выбор горячих блюд: в первый день сосиски с макаронами, на второй пельмени:) ребенок был очень доволен:)) Ну каша еще была (не пробовала). Все остальное холодное, включая блины, горячие типа бутерброды и яичницу. Голодным не останешься, но... И заключительная ложка дегтя. Сдали номер около 10.00, ушли гулять. Через какое-то время звонок в ресепшен: ”А вы вернетесь? у вас тут долг”. Я в совершенных непонятках - за что? За кофе 720 рублей. В первый день за завтраком девушка, обслуживающая кафе, предложила кофе на выбор бесплатно, ну я и согласилась. И на второй день тоже сразу заказала, зайдя на завтрак. И тут выясняется, что за это надо платить. Нет, я не против, да и кофе был приличный, но зачем врать?! В итоге впечатление об отеле испорчено, можете считать меня истеричкой.

Все понравилось! Современный отель, идеальное расположение (сразу выход на набережную), соотношение удобств и цены 5/5. Самый кайф, когда купаешься в тёплом бассейне с гидромассажем и можешь заказать напитки, блюда и кальян прям на территории бассейна.
