The hotel is located in the most desirable part of Gdansk, right in the center of town, yet free from noice. The historic building has been beautifully restored, with great decoration and furniture. From the moment we entered the hotel door, until our departure, we receiver best service one can think of from hotels professional and kind personnel. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the hotel’s restaurant. During our stay we experienced a significant problem. We discussed the issue with the hotels management who very kindly and generously helped us solving the problem. We already looking forward to our next visit to Gdansk and Radisson Blu. The location is about 15-20 minutes walk from Gdansk Main Station But I don't feel far away, so I think I'm walking in 15 minutes. The exterior looked like a castle and it was so beautiful and the view in front It was better because it was river view. (It was a pity that there was no high floor, but in the facilities and cleanliness It was clean and nice.)

I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected. Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture. I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot. And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads. I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station. But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

Our visit started with a hiccup but the staff solved the issue like pros. The result was more than satisfactory. We had such a pleasant stay in this new and modern hotel that was right in the middle of the old town without being affected by the noise and liveliness that comes with such areas. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean. We stayed in a connecting family room so the pre-teens get their own space and we got our space as parents. The hotel offered complimentary water and juices in the fridge which is something I have not seen in many other hotels. We were also able to park the car just next to the hotel (for a reasonable fee) which made our visit smoother. Already planning a new visit to the hotel :)

Stayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

From check-in o check-out, the staff at this hotel were excellent. We had booked two rooms and were given adjoining rooms. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. There was the usual tea/coffee facilities, it a nice touch was a water cooler at the lift area. This gave us access to clean, cool drinking water. We ate in the restaurant on the first day, for breakfast. The choice was plentiful, but I would recommend looking elsewhere to eat, as the price was way above what else is available in very close proximity. The location of the hotel was ideal. There is a shopping mall opposite, with a choice of shops and eating places. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and plenty of other shops as well. It was a leisurely 15 minute walk into the centre of Gdansk and Dluga street. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider staying, if we were ever in Gdansk again.

I went to Gdansk for the football match and when I got to the airport they didn't let me board the flight so I had to find a convenient place to stay. The hotel is only 3-4 minutes walk from the airport. Very convenient. The front desk Daria was very helpful with the check-in and was also helpful with any questions I had, especially since I needed to do a PCR test. Since I had an early morning flight, Daria also offered a breakfast box for me to take away since their breakfast started at 6. The hotel rooms were clean and kept tidy. It has a restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Limited options for food but in a way that's good. Breakfast is served by the staff due to the pandemic. My only suggestion would be to have a menu or list of all the breakfast items. The breakfast was good enough, again limited options. Hotel staff were bilingual, which I found the toughest to find in Gdansk. There is also a PCR tent right outside the hotel which opens at 7 AM and you get a test result in 6 hours. All in all, for an airport hotel, it has all that you need. Convenience, place to sleep, food and drinks.

We stayed at the Hotel Gdańsk Boutique beginning of July 2022, and it was marvelous. We are sorry we stayed there only for such a short period but want to return soon. The reception at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, but sometimes they didn't understand English well you had to repeat yourself. We were taken to our room, and everything was shown to us where is what, the facilities, the spa, etc. The room as such huge, and it had everything. A mini bar, TV, iron, everything. The shower was big as well, and towels and necessities were there. The room had wooden joists, and the noise traveled easily through it - hence we were woken up by the breakfast room's music and the room just above it. The breakfast is legendary. The biggest selection of everything. I don't think there is anything missing at breakfast. The hotel also has an adjusted restaurant where we highly recommend going. They have the best beer in Gdansk there. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the city center, and if you are into history, it's the right place to be. We don't usually go back to the same hotels and try out a new one - but we will return to this one. At checkout, we found out someone had already checked our room out (211) - hence the lower level of English of the staff. We used the service and left our luggage at the hotel for the whole day before collecting it for departure.

The beauties at the front desk are enthusiastic (I left the store and sat in the lobby, and offered me a large glass of lemonade). Downstairs is the beer bar restaurant, which tastes very good Great, there is chocolate to taste at the front desk for Valentine's Day!

The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby. The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. I didn't expect the hotel to be arranged for check-in at 6 am (may be related to the off-season), super unexpected; the hotel also sent a Desserts are welcome, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake in the restaurant; the hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the price of online booking and hotel booking is the same, so you can decide depending on the situation; but in the end, letting the hotel call a taxi is a bit problem, Google Map The display shows that the airport is 34-50 zloty. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. Cars, whether the road is open or traffic jams, whether on weekdays or weekends are a price, dizzy!

The hotel is located in a very good location just next to attractions such as Fontana Neptune or Basilica Mariacka, in one of the side quiet streets. The hotel is located in the stone stone, next to the hotel is the centre of Spa, on the ground floor, while the restaurant Fino is very good. The hotel is nice and helpful, daily cleaning of rooms. The rooms are clean and clean, comfortable bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. Of course, guests in the bathroom will find a clean set of towels and soap and gel for shower. The room has a refrigerator and electric kettle and a TV, and a welcome package (mineral water, coffee and tea) is also prepared. The bed is very comfortable. The door on every floor and the door to the rooms open on an electronic card. There is also an elevator in the hotel. Breakfast is served in the Fino restaurant on the ground floor, they may not be some very furnished or very diverse, but everyone can eat to satisfaction and salt and sweet. The small minus is the lack of direct access to the hotel itself public communication, unfortunately you need to go a piece with the suitcase but it is finally the Old Town and you need to count on it. As for 3-gwiazdkowy hotel I evaluate it very well :)

When I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and asked if my room was ready, I was told that the room was ready but i had to pay 60 PLN for early check in: Otherwise I had to wait at least 1 hour to check in. This was my third stay at this hotel this year and I'm Level 3 member but I was treated not like a guest but like an intruder. I stayed always in a Master Suite that should be equipped with bathrobes but they give only 1 bathrobe for 2 persons. As Level 3 member I should receive a restauraunt voucher for 10 Eur but they give you voucher only for 30 PLN. On the day of the check in I asked for a late check out and the lady in the reception confirmed I could check out at 14:30. On the day of my check out just a few minutes after 12, a rude and arrogant man from the reception called me twice in my room. The first time I didn't hear what he said because the phone has been out of order from January but they don't even care about fixing it. When he called me the second time he asked ”Do you know what time it is ? The check out is at 12” When I told him I have agreed to check out at 14:30 he told me it was not registered in the system. He didn't even apologize for his arrogant behaviour, In this hotel you are treated like an intruder and not like a guest. It felt like beeing in the old time of communism. It's far below Scandic standard. It's a shame.

Family holiday trip, staying at this hotel in Gdansk, this is a city center location, just on Amber Street, right outside, it is not far from all attractions, there is bottled water, no phone in the room, no kettle and coffee Machine, as you can freely enjoy tea or coffee with your room card in the lobby. The room is also good. Our room is an interior view room, the lobby lights are bright, the room has blackout curtains, and the breakfast is also good for me. Also 10 minutes walk to the main train station, from where you can easily get to Malbork, Sopot, etc. Delicious and varied breakfasts (from 07:00 to 11:00) are served in the Rękawiczka restaurant, which can be reached on the ground floor, opposite the reception - no need to go outside. In the evening it is convenient and tasty to drink good wine, I recommend Polish homemade - it exceeded our expectations. Very nice staff, clean and warm rooms. Honest *** +, i.e. more than three stars. Thanks to the staff, we will be back :)

Stayed here couple nights on recent trip to Gdansk and really satisfied with my choice Hotel is in great location on the pedestrian only road so you’ll have a very short walk from where your taxi drops you off Check in was very prompt …and room on the 4th floor very warm and comfortable Bed was decent….a tad low and not as comfortable as others I’ve had but in truth didn’t keep me awake Bathroom was nice and shower was a little tight….the water flow in the shower could be improved but these are minor things that would need to be improved Had the breakfast which was nice …service a little slow even though I was the only person there …had the scrambled eggs on both days which were excellent Really enjoyed my short trip to Gdansk and I’d certainly use the hotel again on my next visit

The rooms are clean and clean, comfortable bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. Of course, guests in the bathroom will find a clean set of towels and soap and gel for shower. The room was very comfortable and toasty warm, with underfloor heating in the shower room. It looked out onto the church opposite, where the bells ring on the hour and half-hour. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and when we needed help booking an early morning taxi to the airport for our departure day.

Our visit started with a hiccup but the staff solved the issue like pros. The result was more than satisfactory. We had such a pleasant stay in this new and modern hotel that was right in the middle of the old town without being affected by the noise and liveliness that comes with such areas. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean. We stayed in a connecting family room so the pre-teens get their own space and we got our space as parents. The hotel offered complimentary water and juices in the fridge which is something I have not seen in many other hotels. We were also able to park the car just next to the hotel (for a reasonable fee) which made our visit smoother. Already planning a new visit to the hotel :)

We were informed that the room was not in the building that appears on all photos but in another annex. I think they should explain it better because we do not know what it means “an annex”. In the night when we finished visiting the city we went to the hotel to check in and a super friendly and educated girl at reception told us they had upgraded us and had not put a room in the main room and service of the hotel The room was very nice and spacious and with all the necessary details. The room was in a corner so we had the luck of having a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is a good location, it is a few minutes walking from the center if you get the bridges open... There are two bridges that are open to allow the ships to pass and keep them open for a long time, so, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is a wonderful hotel if it touches you in the main building and if you are looking at the river. My experience was finally very good but I don't like they say you one thing at first and then it's another... The hotel price was EUR 55 night in coronavirus and October, I think it was more expensive because it coincided Saturday but I think it is expensive for Poland

The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby. I really enjoyed my short stay at the Celestin in the heart of the old town at the height of the tourist season. The price was very reasonable compared to other properties in the neighborhood. My room was spacious enough to fit a bed, desk, and chair with room to spare. It came with a much-appreciated kettle and tea/coffee. The wifi zinged along. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, including hot and cold options. Be aware that there's a steep flight of steps of street to lobby level, which would be a problem for anyone with mobility and balance issues, especially with a heavy case. There is no air con. Despite it being a very hot summer, my lobby level room was very comfortable with the windows open. But a friend on the top floor told me it was hot up there. Try to get a room facing away from the street to avoid noise.
