The facilities are under renovation. It's hard to make comments because where it's has been repaint & refresh, It's nice. The second day, we realize that the lobby had received new nice furniture during the night. The stairs between the floors are dirty and rusty. The room we had had been refresh but didn't have a cosy armchair to relaxe, no picture frames or mirror. The bathroom had been renovated and was very nice but with very little place for personnel toilet items. The pool was not attractive and located deep down in the basement almost afraid to go there. I think at the end of the renovation in a few years, this hotel will be a nice place to go back.

It’s okay
It was okay. Room services only cleaned room 2-3 of the nights we stayed. Always had to ask for more towels.

We have to move to another room at 3am same night we checked in as all the beds were full of bed bugs
They moved us to another room and even that room had bed bugs and my daughter got rashes from them
Very very disappointed , terrible stay
The electric outlets were not working and the lamp and center table was broken , had to unplug one of the table lamps to use our phone charger

The hotel is in the process of renovations therefore there was not much to do but the stay was very good.

The hotel is close by Ottawa and Gatineau city center by car. A lot of think seem to be old at the hotel, carpet, bed mattress, the tiny pool. And a lot of think just don't work like the spa and a bunch of the electrical outlet in the room. Also your better check your credit card statement as they charge me about 2500$ over the price of my reservation and have not been mulch help to fix the problem.
