It was a contactless check-in. I had a problem with inconsistent WiFi availability but I texted Leslie and it was resolved by the time I wanted to use it. Pay the pet fee with PayPal or Venmo. Room was freshly painted with a new looking carpet. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good and the towels were nice. It felt like a small Airbnb. Great restaurant a block away with big portions on burgers and fries.

Perfect place for a pitstop on the way back home from the university. Enjoyed dinner at the Cove restaurant less than a half mile away which would be considered walkable, an evening here. Would like a little bit more water pressure, but it was good enough. I would say again for sure.

The room was very comfortable, and was a welcome reprieve from camping in the cold. Very friendly proprietor, as well. Highly recommend!

The room was filled with spiders, I got another room. No refunds, but staff is very friendly and very understand.

The room and bathroom were okay, nothing special. I don’t feel like the quality of the room and property were worth the price I paid for my stay. Also, there is a photo of a walk out beach, and the property isn’t on a beach/lake/river at all. The photo made it seem like it was right outside. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere.

Not sure. My first time there. There was no one on duty when we arrived. Everything is done via text messages. I texted them with some questions several times, tried calling them (full mailbox) and finally was answered at 9:00pm. We requested a room change, and they did respond at 9:00 pm via phone call. The newer rooms are nice. If the customer service improves it will be a good place to stay. I don't know what was happening, as they didn't say. Nice dinner restaurant nearby. They don't have a breakfast option in the motel. No breakfast restaurants nearby in Naubinway, but there's one 10 miles away. There's a convenience gas station in Naubinway with food for purchase. All in all it's OK.

Dirty sheets. Slept in my car it was so gross. At least they refunded me, however reluctantly, and reminded me I was not their guest.
