It was very noisy, a group of people gathered not far from the reception at 2:30 in the morning talking loudly, but no one stopped them from clamoring, we were very responsive as we lived on the fourth floor. If you have a choice, you can consider the Hampton inn next to it. Everyone belongs to the Hilton group. (I moved from there) The room over there is bigger, and the queen bed is wider. Parking USD25 a day.

False advertising on *******… nothing like it looked like on the pictures.. it states that fitness Center pool Center and convention center were close .. The whole lobby was gone that’s the main reason we booked there

We love Embassy Suites but we were disappointed that during the remodel the breakfast was not very good. Although the website stated they were renovating they never mentioned the breakfast would be impacted. It would have been nice to know.

Our flights were cancelled and rebooked to arrive a day later. I called the hotel directly to notify them and they confirmed that while I could not be refunded for the first night, that upon my arrival the next day I could check in early. When I arrived the next day they had marked me as a no-show and cancelled my reservation. I was then forced to rebook a room for the nights I was now staying directly through the Hilton app/website as they couldn’t book me directly from their computer. The hotel was also under construction and the lobby and main hall areas were exposed to the 40 degree temperatures outside as the front doors wouldn’t close. Not exactly the most comfortable visit. Additionally, with my Hilton honors status, I am supposed to get bottled water included in my room and they tried to charge me for it. They reluctantly gave me bottled water and implied that they were simply doing this as a one-time favor.
If you want an over-priced hotel near the Disneyland parks with rude staff, stay here! I am a bit annoyed that they are still charging people full price for rooms while the facility is under construction.

When we arrived at the hotel, the front door did not open instead we had to manually open it. It was an automatic door that should have opened with motion. There was construction throughout the hotel with dust and debris throughout (which is to be expected when renovating) but were not notified of the situation. As we were checking in, the receptionist let us know that the pullout couch was very uncomfortable and we could request a pad to help with the comfort. Once we entered the room, there were flies and other insects throughout the room. The bathroom sink was leaking underneath causing water to run on the floor. The mini fridge door was missing a bracket, causing drinks to spill out and on the floor. All in all, it was a very poor experience and we ended up only staying one night out of a four night stay. This hotel needs some serious attention.

Even though the property was under construction the staff did everything to make it comfortable for my family and me.
I traveled with my two daughters (3 and 5) and we ate dinner at the hotel each night. Myrna was there and was extremely friendly and helpful. Myrna made my daughters feel welcome and engaged them. She was so nice my girls began drawing her pictures which Myrna graciously accepted and let the girls explain what they drew.

For the price and parking fee, it is not worth it. The hotel is old, they should update the hotel if they are charging over $300 per night. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had the same problem, the shower drain very very slow, you’re basically standing in pool of dirty water. The floors felt and furniture felt dirty.
