A very nice hotel. Is a bit old but the facilities and location is beautiful and the price for April was hard to beat. They have a good restaurant and convenience store down B1 level, variety of gaming machines and toy dispensers, ample parking and walking distance from bus stop on main road, the rooms have good modern air conditioning and beds was comfortable.
Outside they have a children's playground, some animals, a indoor children's playground. They do have much to offer for the cheap price

I played a lot at the nearby playground and at the Koko Mall Kids Carpae in the valley.

I went there to spend a late summer vacation with my family... I'm reluctant to recommend it to others. The facilities look good, but the rooms are too old (for example, the door has a normal key...) and the cleanliness inside the room has cobwebs and spiders. There is an air conditioner outdoor unit on the balcony, but there are a lot of spiders and cobwebs. I'm guessing maybe it's coming into the room from that side. The staff response is inflexible and robot-like. Anyway, compared to B*D Park*K in Hongcheon the day before, it is incomparable. I decided on a lodging because of my schedule, but thinking about it after I came back, I think it would have been better to spend the schedule while moving from the accommodation in Hongcheon by car. And there was an outdoor swimming pool, but locker rooms/showers are prohibited. I ruined a pleasant vacation because of the lodging. I will never use it again.

The surrounding nature is very beautiful, The room is old, and the cleaning is very bad.
