訂的房間和給我們的房間都不一樣，而且還強詞奪理，明明自己搞錯了，還非要説就是這樣的，而且最後讓退了，重新定不走平台，直接走他們線下了，我定的是這樣的房型：圖一，圖二。結果給我的是這樣的：圖三，圖四，你這是睜眼説瞎話嘛，不過打掃衞生的服務員態度很好

這家酒店是新開的，裝修衹能稱作極簡風格。衞生間淋浴沒有做隔斷，使用排風扇無法啟動。我訂的三人房是帶簡易閣樓的躍層結構，若有小孩需要當心。

酒店免費升級了房型 退房後卻以被子上粘了毛衣的絨毛需要更換清洗和使用了三張床為由扣了按金 入住前酒店並未明確告知衹能使用兩張床 事實上我們衹使用了一張床和另一張床的被子而已 而且自帶了一次性床單被罩 並沒有弄臟酒店的床單被罩 酒店以這種理由扣按金 根本就是藉口 大家選擇這家酒店一定要慎重 小心被坑

第一次在高郵過夜，特意選擇這家距離吾悦廣場並不算遠的公寓式酒店。客房房門鎖有點問題，在退房時扭不開保險鍵，後面等了十多分鐘，前台來人幫忙開鎖才能離開。

衹能説一般化了！房間是非常大，樓上下複式，但是網絡非常差，筆記本電腦整個搜尋不到無線網絡，空調壁掛式，樓下整個是沒有熱量的，衞生間乾濕未分離，沒有專門的淋浴間！一次性買賣吧！下次不選此家
