Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus.
Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance.
Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries.
Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

Holiday Inn is close to Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, less than 10 minutes by car. And the hotel provides drop-off service to the airport. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly and cheerful, The room was clean and comfortable and facilities were complete. Breakfast served were varied and delicious. I am happy with my stay here and will recommend to family members and friends.

The check in process is fast and the services is considered good. The room is not worth the value that we pay.... Minimum amenities provided with no fridge and room cleanliness needs attention.

The room is quite comfy and cozy, 10 out of 10 recomended. Anna at the front desk is quite professional and welcoming as well.

Super easy to locate, very close to the airport. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything needed.
