The room was spacious with a great night view and complimentary welcome fruit. Soundproofing was just so-so. Hygiene was excellent, everything was disinfected. Service was warm and attentive. Facilities included a bathtub, a projector, and a music player.

I've stayed here many times, and it's always great. It's my top choice whenever I need a hotel. The facilities are excellent and very complete, they even have laundry services. The room is super comfortable, and the front desk staff are lovely, always smiling and providing great service. They even offer a thoughtful 'goodnight porridge' in the evenings. The night view is also beautiful – highly recommend!

The hotel environment is great, highly recommend it! The breakfast spread was fantastic, with delicious beef noodle soup and mixed rice noodles. It's served in the lobby on the 55th floor, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

Pretty good, clean, and in a great location. There are plenty of options for food and shopping nearby, which is super convenient. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. The bedding was comfortable too. And being on a high floor, I got a nice lake view.

Great location near to CTR

Ctrip booking upgraded the deluxe lake view room, which is larger than other rooms. It faces Central Park and has a first-class view from high floors. The layout of the facilities in the room is very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a special dressing table followed by a washbasin. The sofa, table and living room by the window are very spacious and well-ventilated. It shares the 55th floor high-altitude breakfast restaurant with the Hong Kong Mandarin Hotel, with rich meals and 4-star service and configuration. It is a Western restaurant during the day and at night, which is great for birthdays or holiday parties. There is also a Skyline Soho Bar, where you can sit and relax at night, and it is cost-effective. Convenient transportation, the commercial atmosphere of the Mixc, Fifth Avenue and other commercial buildings and snack streets downstairs is strong, and there are many choices of food.

Located in the city center, chain shopping malls, pedestrian streets, Central Park, artificial lakes, sunset and moonrise, everything is available, the design is novel, the breakfast is acceptable, but the wifi is not available

The hotel is located in the center, with many small shops downstairs, and taxis are convenient. The layout of the room is well designed. There is a dressing table next to the wash basin. There is no wardrobe, but the hanging clothes are well designed and easy to access. The room was overall clean, but the carpet in the corners felt a little dirty. The front desk service and staff had no attitude at all. They did not say hello or smile when meeting. They even had no tone when calling the front desk.
