Location good, but service is not good

I made a reservation for my parents... but they said they were disappointed. They said the facilities were old and the wood on the balcony was rotting, so they couldn't even go out. It seems like the hotel itself is quite run-down.

Reasons for negative review 1. The hygiene in the hotel is average. There are no slippers in the room, which makes the soles of the feet very dirty. 2. The hotel does not provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, cups, large bath towels, nightgowns and other hotel supplies. There were only two small towels, a foot towel, and a small bar of soap. 3. The location of the hotel is too remote and the nearby facilities are not perfect, resulting in no place to deal with the purchase of missing supplies immediately. 4. The room photos and scenery photos used for hotel promotion are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. The room booked on the second floor cannot see the sea at all, and trees block the view; the other room booked has a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, but in fact it is just an ordinary window. 5. There is no hot water kettle. If you want to drink coffee, you need to go to the first floor to get a roll. The usage time is 6:00-8:00 in the morning. 6. The most important thing is that the swimming pool is open until August 25th, but it was not written on the introduction, resulting in a negative satisfaction score. The sea water will be somewhat cold in mid-September, so I wanted to at least be able to play in the swimming pool, so I chose this hotel. 7. My husband and I took an unplanned trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We even got to play golf, so it was a wonderful time. The free coffee coupons were especially helpful, allowing us to gaze out at the rainy ocean and just relax. It was truly healing!

The location is the best because it has an ocean view. The room size is just right for 3 people. The bed is big and nice, and the pool that 2 people can use for free is right next to the beach, so I am very satisfied.
