Henn na Hotel Laguna Ten Bosch

The location is right next to the lagoon, so it's very convenient. The hotel itself is clean and the amenities are good. However, this time there was a group of Chinese tourists who were noisy in the morning and evening, and at the breakfast buffet they took other people's towels and other items from the table without permission, which surprised me... I was disappointed that even when I told the hotel staff about it, they didn't warn them. It was also disappointing that for the price, the only bath was a bathtub inside the room. Since the sea is right next to it, I thought it would be nice to enjoy a hot spring as well.

I stayed here for one night at a music festival. It was cleaner than I expected, and the amenities were fine. I was surprised to see a washing area in the bathroom. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.

The room was spacious and very clean. Lunch was also very delicious, even though the venue was crowded. It would have been nice if they had a wider selection of bread. The only disappointing thing was that the hallway to the room was outside, so it was very cold in the winter. Also, I knew the front desk was staffed by a robot, but I thought it would be difficult to check in by myself.

The breakfast was terrible. If you just want to stay and enjoy Laguna Ten Bosch, this is a normal hotel.

They were always there to accommodate us even when we arrived late at night. We were free to provide ourselves with amenities at the front desk. A dinosaur greeted us warmly as we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with both Japanese and Western food. We could also enter Laguna Ten Bosch from the hotel, which was very convenient. Parking was also free, so it was a great deal. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I come to Laguna.

Compared with 2017, the current situation is so different!

We have been staying here for two years in a row, coinciding with the beach fireworks festival. My child loves dinosaurs, so he was very happy, but I think it would be nice if they could improve the waiting time at check-in and the poor operability of the terminal. The amenities are self-service from the bar at the front desk, but it was crowded when we checked in, so we went to get them later, but the bar was lowered after 8 p.m. and the front desk was empty. We should have called out to them, but we thought, "Oh well." The room is small, but the bed is large, so two adults and one 4-year-old child were able to rest comfortably in the two twin single beds. For two years in a row, we found a used mask from the previous guest under the bed, the release paper for the patch had fallen off, and there were spider webs in the room, so we felt that the cleaning was not very thorough. The room features are the bare minimum for a stay after visiting a theme park. There is no closet, the amenities are self-service, and there is no minibar or coffee in the room. However, we understand that this is the kind of service we are using, so we think it is sufficient. The parking lot was not paved and there were some muddy spots, but it was very convenient as it was close to the fireworks venue and it was a great trip. Thank you very much.

It's popular with children, so I've always wanted to stay there. However, the cleaning of the bathroom and toilet in particular was not very thorough, which was disappointing.
