Spark by Hilton Galveston

Pros: Great location which near the beach and the Galveston Convention Center. Cons: very light breakfast, only one elevator available and it is very slow.

To be honest, it would've been OK but the smell was horrible location perfect hole and smells bad old but clean

One elevator didn’t work and our room wasn’t ready when they said it would be

I picked the hotel because it said free extended parking. We got there to check in and were charged $10 a night. $50 for the 5 nights. It was too late to try to switch. Very disappointing.

We stayed 4 days 3 nights, they never clean the room We ask for more towels and the person that provided it to us, was in a bad mood

There was man that came in our room. When we told the manager he told me that it did not happened. My husband saw the man that had came through the door. The manager stated that it could not have happened but it did. I heard his voice too. The door was locked. The only way in was with a key card. My husband had to explain what had happened. He was supposed to call us once he saw the video but we are still waiting. Will never go back.

Do not stay! Uncomfortable and was accused of walking too loudly disturbing people on the bottom. Well your floors are not the best floor to walk on so don’t accuse your guest as we just literally checked in. I would give no star if I could.

This hotel was neat, clean, no smoking. Pool was great. Didn’t use the gym. And a quick walk to quite a few places to eat and the beach!!
