Sleep Inn & Suites Galveston Island

Stayed for 3 nights. During this time no one bothered to stop by and clean the room, make the bed, give us clean towels or toilet paper. I had to go down to the front desk everytime. I was told someone would stop by the next day but that was a lie. Online it stated that breakfast would be served. All we got was some cheap mini muffins and coffee that tasted a few days old. It was a disappointment. Don't think anyone should ever stay here

We stayed the weekend. However breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and muffins. Rooms were dirty behind furniture like nothing is moved to clean. There was spilled milk beside the fridge that was never cleaned from before. When checking out attendant did not want to engage. Stayed in a side room doing laundry rather than showing customer support. Just had us leave keys on counter and said we could go. Who does that? Not the best experience for sure.

The breakfast was a complete joke only waffles cereal and mini muffins every hotel I have been at gives egg sausage bacon/actual breakfast we found blood on one of the bed sheets more than likely from a bed bug some of the service was nice some people were absolutely rude

Trip.com did not book the right room. It was not very handicapped accessible, no rubber mat to keep from slipping. The front desk and manager were not very helpful. It had grab bars but that does not help when the floor is so slippery.

The lobby has an awful mildew smell. The showers are run down. The rooms still look dirty and the view is horrible.

There is a strange odor when you walk in the lobby. Everything was clean enough but there was a random hole in the wall in front of the elevators on the first floor. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The trip website says indoor pool but it's outside. I didn't see any fitness room. The tub had areas of caulk that was missing. But overall I did enjoy my stay.
