We really enjoyed staying for three days at this lovely little hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind, particularly on the Front Desk. We were upgraded to a be lovely front facing balcony room. Lovely big bed. Lovely view. All the facilities you could ask for. Welcome drink in the rooftop bar was a really nice touch. Location for both the old and the new towns was excellent and easy to walk to both. We honestly can’t wait to go back. I suppose the only negative was Breakfast - it could run a bit smoother and with better coffee!! Grazie Mille x

Hotel da favola!!! Excellent location to reach all the Salento locations, halfway between the beaches and the historic centre of Gallipoli. The hotel is nearly new, just renovated, with a swimming pool on the latest floor with a charming view of the sea. The breakfast varies and super, in a tastefully furnished room. The staff, including the director, of extreme gentleness, careful to the needs of the client and always ready to give advice, to make the holiday unforgettable. I can only advise anyone, my husband and I will surely return.

I stay for my holidays in this fantastic location and I'm sorry to put only 5 stars because you can't get more. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the comforts and clean every day by girls trying to understand your daily ritmes to bring you as little disturbance as possible (which never happens in other facilities). The girls at the reception are very sympathetic, professional and always ready to help you for any needs or any advice on the city. The hotel director, Alessandro, is a boy in love with his work, very kind and professional and always available to the guests. The restaurant is certainly the flower at the eye of the resort: the kitchen is really fantastic, all the dishes I have tasted so far were exceptional! If you like fish, I advise you to let you guide the director of the structure that will be prodigious to advise you, depending on the fish arrived daily, the best dishes and the right wine to combine. The only sin is that it is too far from my home, otherwise I would also like to come back to just a weekend in the teaching of good food and relaxation!

A candy shop at the entrance of the historic centre of Gallipoli. It is excellent for anyone who wants to walk in the historic centre. We have parked the car 5 minutes away, near the port. The hotel has a convenience with the bikini beach, with free reception and free shipping service.

We were in the Epiphania period in this hotel with a group of 16 people. The hotel is in the new city, just a short distance from the historic center, in a comfortable position for everything. It is new, clean and well maintained, but the touch has given it the availability and sympathy of the staff, especially Sabrina, Maria Sole and Michela.

Dropped off by taxi at bottom of a steep slope and told by taxi driver in sign langauge hotel at top. However on arrival at hotel, was pleasantly surprised at the ambiance of the building and decor. Receptionist Pia greeted us like were we family and during stay couldnt do enough for us. She was always helpful, polite, happy and obliging at all times. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy and decor to a high standard. Rooms could do with more storage ie drawers for clothes and possibly have tea and coffee for guests as it is classed as a 4 star hotel. Breakfast basic continental no variety throughout the seven day stay What ever short comings the hotel has, Pia more than makes up for it. Wonderful lady. Wonderful building as ex converted monastery and has maintained a lot of original features. Thank for a lovely holiday

bellissima posizione ,nel centro cittadino di Gallipoli,hotel completo di piscina solarium e palestra. camera molto comoda; colazione abbondante e completa di tutto sia dolce che salato,creps calde fatte al momento; comoda navetta per il mare. Non lo consiglio perchè va a finire che non trovo piu posto alle mie prenotazioni . ahahahah Raffaele.

Non sono solita recensire negativamente gli alberghi nei quali soggiorno ma in questo caso è assolutamente necessario spendere due parole per avvisare i futuri malcapitati. Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo “splendido hotel”. La vista sarebbe anche bella se non fosse che non puliscono le vetrate minimo da anni. Ambiente davvero sporco: al mio arrivo ho dovuto chiedere alla reception se, per cortesia, potessero cambiare le lenzuola, in quanto risultavano presenti macchie oleose e catramate su tutto il lenzuolo. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi ed ingialliti, il bidet è stato sostituito da un volgarissimo, quanto inutilizzabile, spruzzino sporco ed arrugginito, la doccia a sfioro causava continui allagamenti in tutto il bagno, i sanitari risultavano assolutamente idonei per persone diversamente abili ma non certo per persone normodotate che, se non di alta statura, vengono costrette ad arrampicarsi per poterne usufruire. Arredamento in camera vetusto, spoglio e rovinato. L’area spa, a “scatola chiusa”, era godibile al prezzo di 180€ a persona per soli 90 minuti. Il “letto” era un divano letto scomodissimo con cuscini alti e copriletto lercio e logoro. C’era un cucinotto con una macchina per il caffè che ovviamente non funzionava. Il personale scortese e poco accogliente. La colazione, servita solo fino alle ore 9.30 (orario davvero improponibile per una località marittima dove capita di fare tardi la sera), consisteva in due panini con tre fette di formaggio o prosciutto, o delle brioches vuote e gommose con dei pasticciotti che non rendevano assolutamente giustizia all’omonimo dolcetto pugliese. Su tre macchinette per il caffè, una era rotta. Le posate erano di plastica in color argento, forse lavate e poi riutilizzate: fortunatamente ci sono dei bagni nell’area colazione ove poter igienizzarle. Il parcheggio in hotel inesistente: la prima sera ho dovuto cercare parcheggio per 2 ore e mezza prima di poter fermare l’auto, il che mi ha impedito di cenare ad orari consoni. In una struttura di 11 piani un ampio parcheggio incluso nella tariffa è a dir poco necessario. Vergognoso. Non tornerei in questo “hotel” nemmeno se mi regalassero il soggiorno.
