Room wasn’t very clean and top covers had grease on them. Bathroom had something on wall that would clean off because I checked if it would wipe off.

Nicely remodeled. Fresh paint, smelled good, nice new furnishings. Very nice and clean and great rate.

I needed some ice so I call the front desk. I was told to walk out and then then right and the ice machine was next to room 125. I get there and it does not work. I call front desk again. I was told to do the same thing but walk to room 108. Again, a broken ice machine. Beds and pillows are not comfortable either.

There was no tv service. Phone in room did not work. So-Fi was in and out. Pillows were half the size of real pillows.

We were placed in room 118 that has mold issues with pealing paint, and in the middle of the night room flood. At 1 am clerk told us to get a key key for to move to room 105. In the morning clerk gave us the number to call manager for refund and was told manager wouldn’t be in until Saturday. Hoping to get a refund.

A truly basic room that was just almost OK - except there was a stain on the bedspread and crumbs - yes crumbs in the bed! It is just off the Interstate and it is noisy! Everything else was passable but only by a margin. The staff were very nice and check in and out was easy. I have stayed in some rooms that were worse - but this one was by no means anything but a place to sleep and shower.

Stopped up toilet. Hard beds. Lots of highway noise. Property is under renovation and “new” rooms are nice.

I found the room to be dirty. Coffee pot but no coffee. Needs more parking. Terrible mattress
