Empark Properties in Fuzhou

Traveling to Fuzhou with my two elderly parents, I booked a twin garden-view standard room. I requested to be on the same floor as another family's parent-child room for convenience, and the hotel thankfully accommodated this. My parents were very satisfied with the room's facilities, cleanliness, and ambiance. They especially enjoyed the hotel breakfast, finding the variety extensive and the flavors suitable for both seniors and children. Every time we took a taxi, both arriving and departing, the hotel greeters were very attentive in helping my parents get in and out of the car. This thoughtful service is truly commendable!

The location of the hotel is OK, the carpet is very dirty, it feels like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time! There are many varieties of breakfast but the quality is poor! The front desk registration service will not take the initiative to greet guests to register, and will wait for guests to ask if they can check in! The room cleaning is a bit sloppy, and bath towels and other items are forgotten! The sound insulation effect of the room is really poor, and the sound of the elevator can be heard very clearly!
