JUCHUNYUAN Properties in Fuzhou

The location is excellent, right at the entrance of Gong Alley in Sanfang Qixiang. It's super convenient to get to by subway, less than a 10-minute walk. The hotel itself is full of ancient charm, and the two small courtyards in the middle are quite delightful and atmospheric. The staff are all very warm and attentive. The rooms are all traditional wooden structures, and since it's located within a scenic area, if you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange your room location.

Why did I give it a 5-star review? Because I was afraid no one would read this one! Trip.com, be honest with me, did you take money for this? How can there only be 60 bad reviews? 1. I'm a seasoned hiker with tough skin, used to roughing it outdoors. I've stayed in countless hotels, big and small, cheap and expensive, in so many cities. This is the FIRST hotel that has made my skin itch! My pajamas were short-sleeved and shorts, and my exposed skin was itchy, but the covered parts weren't. That clearly points to the bedding. For someone like me, who's never had allergies, to be scratching all night long – that's quite an achievement for them! (I just hope my body can withstand this onslaught). 2. Service? I wouldn't know. I arrived at 2 PM, left at 2:30 PM to explore Sanfang Qixiang (which was boring), and was back at the hotel lying down by 4:30 PM. Around 5 PM, the hotel called to ask if it was convenient to send up some fruit. I declined. 3. The room is indeed small, but it didn't bother me as I only had a backpack. However, it might be an issue for those with large suitcases. And no shower cap? I find that really hard to understand. Do Fuzhou people wash their hair every day? 4. Soundproofing... I initially chose this hotel because it's right by the subway station, and there's even a police station right outside. My regret is precisely this location. Because it's a prime spot at a busy intersection, lying in bed felt no different from lying on the street (I specifically checked if all windows were closed). 5. This hotel gives me the impression that 'we're well-known + have a long history + we're a state-owned enterprise, so we don't care if you stay or not' (is this how all state-owned enterprises are nationwide?). 6. A quick side note (not really related to the hotel): This is a prime location in the city center. Outside my window were two residential buildings, and there was construction noise at 1 AM! Are Fuzhou people really that tolerant? I immediately called the citizen hotline to report it. I called at 1:30 AM, the noise stopped at 2:00 AM, and unlucky me, I was writing this review on my phone's notepad at 3:20 AM. 7. I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was good, so I played some 'Candy Crush' while scratching, waiting for breakfast to start, before writing my true review. 8. Finally, dawn broke, and I had breakfast. Trip.com, even if you don't answer me, you definitely took money! Why did so many people say the breakfast was delicious? The Western section had mini steamed buns like those on an airplane... The Chinese section had steamed dumplings, mixed noodles, and jianbing (savory crepes)... No coffee machine, just instant coffee powder. In summary: After a sleepless night, I'm sitting here eating breakfast and scratching myself, even in places I can't reach on my back. If I can't curse, then I have nothing left to say!

The room was pretty good, and the bathroom was very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Moli Street, directly facing the Min River. You can walk to Shangxiahang, and Yantai Mountain is just across a bridge. They also provide fresh fruit daily, which is a lovely touch. The only downside is that the room door isn't very soundproof, so you can hear people in the hallway in the morning and evening.

This is a great hotel! The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and right outside is Lao Fuzhou (a local eatery). We checked in after 10 PM, and they had prepared fruit and snacks in the room for us. It's also very close to Dayang Department Store, making it super convenient for getting around; it's only about a 10-minute bike ride away! The hotel is a bit older and has a retro feel, but all the facilities work perfectly. Before we checked in, the front desk kindly warned us about potential noise from renovations, but during our stay, the noise was minimal and completely acceptable!

The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with advanced and comprehensive facilities, demonstrating a high level of customer comfort. The service was excellent, with staff showing great enthusiasm. The hotel is conveniently located near scenic areas, with the Shangxiahang and Yantaishan scenic areas just a few minutes' walk away.

The newly opened villa really feels like a leisure villa. The environment is very good. The large balcony is also very comfortable. The room equipment is brand new. This is a hotel we temporarily booked on the way to Dongshan Island. My parents stayed there and they were very satisfied. Unless they were in a hurry, they would want to visit nearby, especially the staff of the villa. The service attitude is very good. The only shortcoming is that breakfast is delivered to the room. Although the ceremony is very nice, it is a bit cold when it is delivered. It is not friendly to people who like hot breakfast.

I've been staying here for almost a week now, and it's been a great experience. The room is quiet and clean, and both the interior and exterior environments are excellent. The facilities are relatively new. Even with humid weather approaching 30 degrees Celsius, the indoor temperature and humidity remain very comfortable without needing the air conditioning. The service from front desk staff members #43 and #62 was exceptional; they were very patient and thorough. Many thanks to them! :-)

I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next day. My only minor issue was that my room was on the first floor. Apparently, due to complaints about a musty smell, they had used an air freshener. However, the scent of that air freshener was indescribably bad – genuinely cheap and overpowering. It actually gave me a headache! I strongly recommend they ventilate the rooms more often or, at the very least, switch to a different, more pleasant fragrance. Otherwise, everything else was absolutely perfect! 💯

The environment of this hotel is very good, and the green landscape is great, just like a park. It rained a little on the day of check-in, so I took an umbrella and strolled around. The fragrance of grapefruit flowers on the roadside was refreshing. It felt very nice~~ This time I came to visit friends. Although the hotel is located in Langqi, it takes less than 30 minutes to drive to the city. , still acceptable. It feels like a treasure place!

The hotel room is clean and comfortable, the service is warm, the children's park is out, there is a forest park nearby, there are many green plants around, the environment is beautiful, it is very convenient to go to Sanfang Qixiang, and I will stay in Fuzhou next time.
