I needed to stay somewhere not far from Fuzhou North Station and this hotel was a good choice. Spacious room, large windows, all good.
There are some shops around and some small restaurants. For better dining, it’s better to go to nearby Tahoe Mall.
Only issue I had (and it was a big one) were yellow drops on toilet deck when I arrived. I called room service to clean it, but the unpleasant feeling stayed.

We have lived 7 years in China and stayed in many hotels, including 5-star ones, and this Best Western was truly the CLEANEST one! Everything was super nice, new, clean and hygienic. It smelled very nice everywhere in the hotel. Housekeeping is obviously doing a great job. The bathtub in the room was great, bed was soft and big. Restaurant was modern and spacious and had a nice view, but food choice was very local Chinese - they had lots of seafood and noodles for breakfast which is strange to Westerners. So, we only had eggs, toasted bread and some fruits. The staff was friendly, though they don’t speak English, and one lady from the reception, called Doris, helped us to get the staff we forgot in the room while checking out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there, but we hope there will be more English speaking staff in the future and breakfast menu will be more international.
