This hotel offers great value for money, and they didn't raise prices even during the typhoon. The room was clean and hygienic, and all the food in the room was complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked the front desk staff for recommendations on Fuzhou's local specialties, and every single one they suggested was fantastic – we were so happy! Also, since our train was late in the afternoon and it was very hot, we requested a late check-out. The hotel staff were very nice and helped us with the request. It was a really pleasant stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They contacted us in advance and were available to assist us at any time, even late at night.

The hotel was great, with excellent service and clean facilities. The location was also good, just about a kilometer from Sanfang Qixiang. They even offered complimentary laundry service, which made my stay very comfortable!

Facilities: Equipped with smart toilets featuring automatic bidet functions, which is a top reason to choose this hotel. Hygiene: Meets the standards for this star rating. Environment: There's a bus stop right outside, and a Line 4 subway entrance across the street, making transportation very convenient. Service: Professional and friendly.

The room was excellent. Dining and getting around were also very convenient. What I especially liked was that the scenic room, being at the end of the corridor, was very quiet. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and laundry service were all warm and professional. A great perk was being able to directly message them on WeChat for any service requests. The breakfast was quite rich, and the breakfast service was also noteworthy; they even gave out small gifts to encourage children to finish their plates. This is truly a hotel with a warm atmosphere and high-quality service overall!

1. The room facilities are really old and outdated. There's no bathrobe, no red wine, and the faucets and showerheads are all brass. The sofa and carpet are visibly dirty, and even the room service robot looks broken. Housekeeping doesn't seem to clean thoroughly; I immediately noticed someone else's double-eyelid tape stuck on the wall. 2. There's no smart laundry service, which is very inconvenient for business travelers. This is the first Huazhu Hotels Group property I've stayed at where smart laundry isn't shown on the mini-program. 3. Noise is a big issue. After 9 PM and again around 6 AM, you can hear people shouting 'one, two, three, four' nearby, along with car horns from the street. On top of that, there were constant creaking and dripping sounds from the headboard, ceiling, and wall panels, even with earplugs in. I was given a room at the end of the hall because I checked in late, and the room layout was very strange. 4. Breakfast is on the 29th floor, the very top, but the elevator only goes to the 28th floor, so you have to walk one flight up to the restaurant. The route is very odd. The restaurant staff's service attitude was also quite poor. My Ctrip Corporate Travel package included two breakfasts, but the waitress insisted I could only have one because I was checking in alone. I've stayed at Huazhu Hotels Group many times and never encountered this situation before.

The room was great, very spacious. The front desk staff provided excellent service, always with a smile. I had booked a different room, but they upgraded me to a better one, which was a wonderful surprise! 😄😄

Everything was great, and the front desk staff, especially the lovely young woman, had a wonderful attitude! The breakfast was extensive and well-presented, and the top-floor restaurant had a beautiful environment with amazing views! Definitely worth experiencing! 👍

Arrived past midnight, but the front desk staff, both the young man and the lady, were incredibly warm and helpful, even assisting us with a breakfast discount. The room, though not large, was very well laid out. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was even a separate desk. Despite being near a main road, the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent. After a relaxing hot spring bath, I slept wonderfully. They provided 500ML bottles of Bama Platinum Spring water. The only downside was the lack of a non-slip mat in the bathroom. Breakfast was extensive, and I particularly enjoyed trying all the Fuzhou specialties like fish balls, rouyan (meat dumplings),拌面 (mixed noodles), peanut soup, and taro paste. The only problem was I was too full to eat anything else on the street later! Overall, a great hotel, and I'll definitely choose Mercure again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's very clean. The lovely lady at the front desk was so enthusiastic and helped us solve a series of issues, even upgrading our room. We're so grateful! They also gave us complimentary fruit and a small gift, which my child loved! The breakfast selection was quite varied too. Highly recommend staying here!

Extended my stay for another night; I'd already given it a five-star review for the previous night. Oh, and the hotel breakfast is quite generous, you can taste all the Fuzhou specialties there. Just a heads-up, after taking the elevator to the 28th floor for breakfast, you'll need to climb one more level to reach the Sky Pavilion! 😝

The service was excellent, and they even gave us a welcome gift. The room was clean, tidy, and relatively quiet and comfortable. Parking was also very convenient. We'll definitely come back again.
