第一次來福州旅遊、感覺還不錯、空氣非常好！入住的酒店環境優雅、配套齊全、房間乾淨整潔、蠻温馨的、玩的開心住的舒心。

這種民宿打的類比快捷酒店的價格，還要 40 元的停車費加起來二百來塊錢，但是入住體驗非常糟糕，單身公寓改造的上下兩層做兩個房間，面積小，裝修簡陋蒼白，佈局設計極不合理或者説根本沒考慮住客入住感受的，衞生間洗臉洗澡猶如貧民窟鴿子籠，布草床鋪床品還不如幾十塊的小旅館，實在沒辦法，半夜改換另外一家酒店，果斷跑了，不住了！而且這種民宿是定了就不能退，平台給 30 分鐘的退訂時間根本就是不讓退訂，30 分鐘哪裡來得及看房退訂，都是提早平台上訂了再過來，過來看到這種房間想退已經來不及了！奉勸大家千萬注意這種衹有 30 分鐘退訂時間的 民宿，後悔莫及！也希望通過差評，能讓經營民宿的老闆不要魚龍混雜濫竽充數的賺錢，實實在在的提升民宿的入住價值體驗才是民宿經營的長久之道！否則住一次就沒下次回頭客了！
