This is my second stay. The hotel is as clean as ever and the room experience is great. The service attitude is the most outstanding thing. There was a little incident during my last stay. When I checked out, the customer service said that I would get two complimentary breakfasts for my next stay. I didn't take it to heart. I just booked the room this time and Xiao Cai from the front office immediately took the initiative. I felt very good after contacting me. I will continue to choose Zhonggeng Julong next time.

The hotel has a good environment and the Minjiang River scenery outside the window is beautiful. The underground parking lot is very convenient, the lobby is simple and elegant, there is already Christmas light music, and the atmosphere is very good. Cynthia at the front desk has a warm attitude and check-in is very efficient. The room was cleaned in a timely manner, the room was clean and bright, and the mattress was very comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay!

The whole family came to Fuzhou to relax in the Wuyi area. There are several good hotels in the Convention and Exhibition Center. I chose this one after reading the reviews. Compared with the Chinese restaurants in many hotels I have been to, there is no special advantage. It is more convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to various scenic spots. Yantai Mountain Jiefang Bridge and Gushan are not far away. The price of taking a taxi to Changle Beach is also acceptable. Generally speaking Said, still satisfied.

It must be the most unsatisfactory stay in Fujian. The hotel itself must be quite old, and the facilities are not well maintained. The most embarrassing thing is the breakfast. There is not enough preparation. At 9 o'clock, many things are gone, and there are very few things. Very poor experience! ! !

The management service is very poor, not worthy of five stars, not worth living! We arrived at two o'clock in the middle of the night. We didn't live in the city, but drove more than ten kilometers. Unexpectedly, we had to change three rooms in the middle of the night, from the 16th to the 7th floor and then to the 17th floor. The child woke up after falling asleep. How could he rest? 1. I specially booked a river view, and they upgraded me to a room with a lake view. They didn’t even tell me that it wasn’t a river view. They asked me, “Huh? Did you book a river view?” and said how much guests like to see the lake. Then why do you think river view is more expensive than lake view? 2. At the beginning, it was said that there was no river view but only the 6th and 7th floors. I changed to room 717. The air conditioner was loud and the key curtains were messy. Didn't your health staff clean it? You even asked me to change rooms! Later, I was told that there is a room with a river view on a high floor. Couldn't we take it out earlier? 3. The concierge does not stand at the door to welcome guests, but moves a chair to watch videos on his mobile phone. As soon as he comes in, he hears the noisy video. What impression does it give to the guests? He also said that he would give feedback to the leader, but there was not even a return visit the next day. The management is so poor!

There is no review for this stay, only real events. I arrived at the hotel at 1 noon on the day of check-in. The front desk initially offered to upgrade the room type to avoid the forest children's room, but later requested to change it back to the original room type. It took about 20 minutes. I was told a week in advance that there would be birthday decorations, and I was told directly afterwards that there were no birthday arrangements. At 12 o'clock that night, it was discovered that the curtains in the room were damaged. After confirmation, the hotel maintenance staff informed the room to be changed. After contacting the front desk, the front desk told us to move our luggage and belongings overnight, otherwise the front desk manager's performance would be deducted. After our communication (because there were children who were already asleep), we were asked to vacate the room at 7:30 the next day. Then he once again emphasized that the housing supply was tight and deliberately made room for other guests available. Please tell me if the guests are still divided into 369 and so on? What kind of curtain damage do I want to see? Should the performance of the front desk manager be considered when changing rooms? Are you still considering day and night trials? Does the hotel not consider humanization? Are you asking someone to vacate the room at 12 o'clock? Of course, I will complain to the hotel after leaving the hotel. The hotel's feedback is relatively timely. But there is no clear treatment. The above are all true feelings. The hotel environment is okay. But these things are very uncomfortable!

The room is just a stove and the air conditioner does not cool it

Objectively speaking, the room size and facilities are okay, but the bed is really uncomfortable, the quality of the bed sheets and quilt covers, and the quality of bath towels and towels are still much worse. The front desk service can't be said to be good, it's just expressionless! Let’s talk about the location of this hotel. It’s really out of reach of the village, nowhere behind, and a place where rabbits don’t poop. It’s extremely inconvenient to travel or order takeout.
