Fuzhou Zeya Hotel (Near Chating Metro Station, Sanfang Qixiang, Fuzhou)

Unexpectedly satisfied! I was a little worried before arriving as I'd already booked, but the staff at the hotel were so welcoming. A lovely lady at the front desk saw I had a child with me and upgraded our room for free, and a gentleman helped with our luggage. When I got into the room, I was stunned! It was an amazing room, super spacious, clean, and tidy. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in during my many visits to Fuzhou; the experience was top-notch. The bed was also very comfortable. There are plenty of great food options just outside the hotel, and it's super convenient to get to Sanfang Qixiang. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip!

The room's floor-to-ceiling window is absolutely huge and incredibly comfortable. They even provide charging cables on the nightstands, which is a really thoughtful touch. The service was also excellent; they helped carry my luggage to the room.

The guest room was impeccably clean. The large bed had the perfect level of softness; it wasn't too firm and didn't sag, so no aching bones from being too soft. There was no noise at night, so I slept very soundly. The attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, was spotless with no odd smells, and even included a round makeup mirror. Hangers and toiletries were all well-stocked and clean. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, some of which are quite unique. My entire stay was comfortable; the cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. It's a great choice for business trips and travel, offering excellent value for money.

The hotel's design is very impressive. The in-room phone is quite unique, and the accent wall is different from other hotels. The public lounge areas are also tastefully decorated, creating a very serene and tea-inspired atmosphere.

The hotel is quite new, with rooms only on the third floor, but there's no elevator. However, the staff at the front desk were really helpful and offered to carry our luggage, which was great. We were just passing through Fuzhou, and it was a decent stay.
