The rooms are spacious, each with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The lobby and breakfast area are on B1, while the first floor offers direct access to the town. Upon check-in, we received complimentary perks such as cable car tickets and hot spring access. We didn't have time for the hot springs, but we took the cable car to the mountain top. The views were spectacular, with a distant panorama of Changbai Mountain, perfect for photos. On our first evening, we even caught a lively event with fireworks, which was quite enjoyable. Shared electric scooters are available right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to explore the town. The hotel staff were all wonderfully helpful, and the welcome fruit was delicious. It's an ideal choice for families traveling with children.

My trip to Changbai Mountain was very satisfying; I got to see the South Slope, and the scenery was truly beautiful. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, and the room was very clean, convenient, and comfortable. Also, the front desk staff, Qiu Yunpeng, showed great attention to detail and provided warm service from check-in to check-out. I'm very pleased! Clean, convenient, and comfortable! Looking forward to visiting again! 😃

My two-night stay at Wanda Jin Resort was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and offered great views. Even before check-in, a dedicated hotel butler was assigned to us. They proactively shared weather updates, suggested activities with timings and locations, and even provided a local map. This personalized service was incredibly thoughtful and extremely helpful. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and assisted with our luggage. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, and we also enjoyed a complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing the West Slope (Changbai Mountain), with a free shuttle service available. The drivers were attentive and patient. Furthermore, the area around the hotel boasts plenty of dining options, including KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks, and many local restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient this resort is for all aspects of a vacation – dining, accommodation, and transport. The resort itself is quite large. For those who rise early, it's possible to take the cable car up to catch the sunrise. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip, and I would definitely return.

The room was good and the bed was massive, but the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. Fortunately, Changbai Mountain gets cool at night, so opening the balcony door allowed for a comfortable sleep. The illuminated lawn (which serves as a ski slope in winter) was a great spot for an evening jog; it was truly refreshing. Pros: A wide range of activities, well-rounded facilities, and an excellent hotel location (though its proximity to the commercial street meant it could be a bit noisy). The breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The air conditioning wasn't cooling adequately, the swimming pool only opened at 1 PM, and the Hanla Mountain Hot Springs were extremely overcrowded.

Heading to Changbai Mountain before the National Day peak, choosing the Wanda Sheraton Resort was absolutely the best decision. Not only did we avoid the crowds, but we also got a double surprise in terms of location and service – our experience was directly maximized! The hotel's location is a 'gem'; we could walk to the ski resort and all sorts of entertainment options. No extra time spent traveling means you can head out whenever you feel like it, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. But what truly made this trip exceed our expectations was the five-star-plus service from Concierge Butler No. 2. From actively taking our luggage and meticulously explaining the facilities upon arrival, to consistently 'anticipating our needs' throughout our stay: noticing we wanted more rest, they proactively arranged a late check-out before we even had to ask; fresh fruit and local snacks were replenished daily without fail. They even discreetly prepared double slots for an entertainment activity we had mentioned. Every single detail showed thoughtfulness, truly putting the guests' needs first. With a comfortable environment, convenient location, and the warm service provided by Butler No. 2, this trip was perfect. I'm already looking forward to winter, to return here and hit the slopes on skis, and to once again experience this wonderful feeling of being so well taken care of.

Changbai Mountain Wanda International Resort is absolutely stunning this season! The free breakfast was generous, and the complimentary water park, hot springs, and cable car were all incredibly fun. Every spot was picture-perfect, no filters needed! A special thank you to Kevin Liu, the manager at the Yuhua Hotel. We stayed for two days, and the West Slope's Heaven Lake was closed for maintenance. Mr. Liu was so helpful, warning us each morning about the closure an hour earlier than the official announcement. This gave us enough time to plan other activities. Even though we didn't get to see Heaven Lake, leisurely enjoying this beautiful resort in China was still a wonderful trip. Looking forward to our next visit!

It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Facilities: While the facilities are a bit dated, you can still tell they were originally fitted out to a high standard, maintaining a certain level of quality. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Location: The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions and dining/shopping spots within the resort, so there's no need to rent a car. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was very good. Toiletries were replenished promptly, and the unlimited supply of bottled Changbaishan spring water was genuinely delicious. Overall Experience & Value: This hotel is one of the more affordable options within the Wanda Resort. I was a bit hesitant when booking, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The biggest highlight is the hotel's private hot spring. It's incredibly convenient to enjoy, and I learned that all other hotels in the resort used to send their guests here for hot spring access. Seeing other guests lugging their bags to the hot springs while I could simply stroll downstairs in my bathrobe gave me a real sense of privilege.

I came to Changbaishan Wanda for summer vacation. Staying at Changbaishan Hyatt gave me many surprises in terms of service details. He told me the weather forecast for the day of check-in and recommended a tour guide based on the weather. He also helped me upgrade the mountain view room by surprise, so that I can see the misty mountains while sitting on the balcony. 🤝Warm concierge service Concierge Han Hui King would stop and smile and say hello every time he met me, and took the initiative to help me take the luggage to the room. He also gave me some travel suggestions during the chat. ☕️Personalized catering care Restaurant Liu Changsheng Tom remembered that I loved hot Latte for breakfast and prepared hot coffee for me every day. He also provided me with warm breakfast customization service. Other points of Hyatt - The heated swimming pool faces the valley. When you are tired of swimming, you can lie on the lounge chair by the pool and watch the clouds roll by. - The night bed service is also very thoughtful. There are no exaggerated gimmicks, only silent care. This kind of service that maintains professionalism and human touch is what a high-end resort hotel should be like. I look forward to meeting Hyatt on my next vacation.

Our first impression upon entering was how great the service was. The room we booked was proactively upgraded to a magic-themed twin room, right next to the other magic-themed king room we reserved, which was very thoughtful. Many thanks to Manager Xia for the excellent service! The theme design is fantastic; walking down the hallway on the magic floor truly feels like stepping into an enchanted forest. The breakfast was also excellent – after several days at Wanda, we finally had a proper and delicious bowl of rice noodles! The whole experience was so much better than at Jinhua. We also received complimentary cable car and hot spring passes upon check-in, offering plenty of activities. The hotel even has two adorable mascot cats, though they seemed to be sleeping the whole time! There's a dedicated butler service, so any issues during our stay were directly handled by Manager Xia, whose service was extremely professional, incredibly responsive, and very customer-focused. We are very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance!
