Amazing place. Located right in the middle of the skiing park. Easily get your rentals directly in the resort and direct access to the park.

Very good location, clean room, warm service. Will come back again.

Payment infrastructure a nightmare. Visa card wouldn’t work in their machine. Had to withdraw cash from neighbour hotel. Trip.com took full amount as guarantee and held for 20 days! Payment system resulted in very stressful encounter. Beware!

Every thing is good

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

Great place if you go to ski!

The hotel is in a very good location in Wanda Resort! We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. As soon as we entered the lobby, we first felt that the hotel was tall and spacious in European architectural style, but very quiet. Then we could see the beautiful scenery outside the lobby window. The sun was diffused on the green hillside, which made people feel happy and relaxed. It is very convenient to go out for fun and eat from the hotel. The benefits provided by the hotel are also very fun! A very satisfying holiday experience.

The location of Hyatt is indeed the best. There is a big lawn outside the restaurant, the cable car slide is just two steps away, the commercial street is downstairs, and Hallasan Hot Spring is 5 minutes away. It is really an excellent location. The room is also spacious and has its own terrace. Although it is a bit old, it is well maintained overall. I stayed for two nights and didn't have time to enjoy all the benefits. It is a great place to take the kids! The staff also called in advance to confirm and also visited after checking out. The service is very good, and the price during the National Day is really cost-effective. I will choose it again next time I come in winter!

The room was very quiet. I, who have trouble sleeping during travel, slept for several days. Thanks to Miss Wang Mingxin for patiently explaining the resort's rights and arranging the room when I checked in. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The ingredients and taste were better than most of the Internet celebrity restaurants in the resort. I ate there for three days in a row. Haha

After looking at Changbai Mountain Resort Hotel for more than ten days, I finally chose Hyatt. The hotel is in a good location. You can see the 🚠 Square in the lobby. The back door is directly to the pedestrian commercial street. It is very close to the hot springs and cinemas. The first impression was the meticulous and patient service of the customer manager Wang Mingxin when checking in. It made me and my family feel that this hotel was booked correctly. It is kind and warm! The room is clean, the service staff are polite and friendly, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the scenery of the scenic area is beautiful! The three-night experience was very comfortable. I will come again!

The old five-star hotel is indeed of excellent quality. The seemingly ordinary room is very comfortable to live in. When traveling with the elderly, they also praised the Hyatt's bedding. They slept very comfortably. Every staff member they met was also very enthusiastic. The hotel can go directly to the commercial street, which is very convenient for eating and playing, and the scenery is also very beautiful. But the baby still remembers the beef soup rice in the hotel market coffee house. After eating it, the whole body is warm. Thumbs up for the hotel chef. I am willing to stay at Hyatt next time I come to Changbai.

The room is spacious, the temperature is suitable, and the environment is very textured. The breakfast is very rich, wontons, brown sugar cakes, and scallion pancakes are all delicious. The morning is delicious and filling. With two meals a day, you can save time for lunch to go out and play. The service is very good, the front desk and concierge are very considerate, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The hotel has 3 Alaskans, which are so cute. You can apply for dog walking one day in advance.

The overall service at Wanda Resort is very good, especially the thoughtful service of Cindy and Cecilia, who helped coordinate electric heaters, extra beds for children, toiletries, etc., and recommended authentic restaurants in the village and reasonably priced taxis for us, saving us a lot of worries! Will come again in summer and winter!

I don't know where all the negative reviews about Changbaishan Hyatt coming from? In my opinion, the decoration of this hotel is very hardcore, with a lot of solid wood used. It must have cost a lot of money back then. It is built in American country style. The lighting in the store is warm and dim, which should also be considered that the peak season is mainly in the snow season, creating a warm atmosphere. Moreover, the hotel has been well maintained for more than ten years, and it can't be said to be old at all. The breakfast is rich (slightly worse than Changchun Hyatt), the iron pot stew in the store is very affordable, the ingredients are better than those in the commercial streets outside, and the service attitude is also good. When the weather turned cold, I asked if there was heating and immediately sent the oil heater. The benefits included Halla Mountain Hot Spring, which are all very cost-effective. The only obvious shortcoming is that the TV is indeed a little small, and it can be considered to be renovated. Although I couldn't go up the west slope from Hyatt due to weather reasons, I was still satisfied with the hotel service.
