【給大家提個醒：別住這】【實名投訴酒店前台女經理：辱罵顧客、非法扣留】鉑金用户的價格是181一晚，前台價格是168，前台解釋説攜程要扣他們費用，所以價格高。我懶得計較，入住了。退房的時候，服務員説床品上有輕微血漬，要加收清洗費，我懶得計較，本打算付錢。後來服務員説多處有血漬，這裏要加十元，那裡要加十元。這樣就不合理了吧？查閲一下消費法，就可以知道：其實酒店房費中本就已經包含床品清洗費、電視使用費、馬桶沖水費等等各種“隱形消費”，酒店不能隨意收取費用。或者，酒店想收費的話，在入住前和入住期間怎麼沒有文字或口頭提醒一下呢？…然後他們的女經理出現了，先是非法扣留我，説不給清潔費就不給我鞋（洗浴型酒店需要先把鞋寄存再入住）。我以為遇到***了，立馬報警。警察來了試圖協調，説讓我付完清潔費再找攜程投訴索賠吧，同時對女經理説不可以攔着不讓客人走。在警察的幫助、女經理的大聲尖叫、謾罵下（極其難聽，人格侮辱，問候家人），她終於把鞋還給我了。當然我也沒有付這個所謂的清潔費。
勸大家，但凡附近有其他住處（附近有如家、漢庭等正規的酒店），都不要來這裏，快跑吧旅客們。

房間很乾凈，沒有洗漱用品，但一樓24小時洗浴，所以很方便。如果為了洗浴來住，很推薦。水質很好，很清澈，桑拿房很乾凈，淘氣堡也很乾凈。如果旅行來這裏住，會稍微有些麻煩，進進出出會給前台和工作人員帶來稍許麻煩。旁邊就有飯店，對麪餃子館很好吃，附近還有葯店，公交站點。很方便。整體推薦👍🏻

房間非常乾淨，新裝修的還沒什麼味道，晚上睡覺很安靜，服務態度也很好，住宿免洗浴門票，洗浴水質很清澈，很乾凈！正常免兩人洗浴，我們帶的孩子雖然超過一米四了但是經理給免了洗浴門票，下次出行首選！

帶着孩子來住宿的，洗衣服不方便，沒有牙具牙杯梳子。衞生間比客廳地勢高，直接水漫客廳了。孩子還得另外付泡湯費用，雖然我們沒有泡湯，所以這裏其實更適合純粹泡湯來的……
