Absolutely fabulous from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Everything was perfect with the hotel and the staff was amazing. We would recommend this hotel to our friends without hesitation. The family and staff takes care of everything.

Just returned from yet another visit to this wonderful hotel. Since Covid, they’ve been busy updating things as always & we saw some fantastic improvements. The extension to the dining area in the Gutl is lovely, although we still love to eat in the Gutl Stuben. We were allocated a table for dinner all week, but were free to choose for breakfast & lunch. The lunch buffet & cake buffet are now combined & available from 1 till 4 daily. All the food was excellent quality & well presented. All the hotel staff are lovely & both friendly & efficient. Some faces we recognised from previous visits & plenty new ones. The spa is amazing - again with lots of improvements. Everywhere is tastefully decorated & very relaxing, whatever you choose to do. Our stay coincided with the final week before closing for 4 weeks, yet there was no evidence of winding down. The time closed will be well spent making further improvements ready for their reopening in April. We will definitely be back soon !

Absolutely amazing, from the food (included in the price), to the facility, the view, and the employees everything was perfect. We came for our honeymoon and my husband's birthday for just a few days and wish we had stayed for a month. This place is literally an absolute dream.

Wonderful stay, Perfect room, wonderful staff and excellent food. Loved the sauna too The location is great and scenery spectacular. The hotel has loads of activities. The lake is beautiful and the boats/kayaks and paddleboards a real bonus. We'll be back again.

We had a very bad experience and would never go there again. The staff was unfriendly, arrogant and inflexible. We didn’t feel welcome at all. In the restaurant we were refused to be served unless we take their whole menu instead of a la carte.

The hotel itself is a beautiful structure with a wonderful location right in front of the lake. The pool and spa areas are nice. Pleasant and professional staff. The very big negative point of this hotel is its management policy. We feel that the income statement prevails over customers and quality. The half board was appalling despite the fresh produce of course, but first price therefore of poor quality. The children's buffet presented terrible food and very poorly cooked industrial limits, while the price of half board for children is charged at full price. Even the carafe of water is charged 1.5 euros, a real stingy policy at this level of quality. Lack of maintenance in the swimming pool and on the infrastructures to surely save a salary. The room is large and clean but the decor is in ultra-economical mode, just to save on furniture. We came more than 10 years ago with the memory of a real family hotel at the top at all levels, here we leave with the memory of being considered as a simple wallet where every euro prevails over the customer. Damage. In other words, the pricing of the hotel does not justify the services, especially for a 4-star sup.

Super tolles Hotel mit fantastischem Essen und herzlichem hilfsbereitem TOP-Personal. Wir werden dieses Hotel noch oft besuchen :-) Sehr schöner großer Wellnessbereich mit allem was das Herz begehrt und tollen Pools. Die Anwendungen im SPA sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Freundlichkeit, die Sauberkeit, das Gesamtfeeling war für meinen Geschmack sehr stimmig und angenehm. Mitarbeiter durch die Bank super motiviert, aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Ein sehr "ehrwürdiges" und doch sehr modernes Hotel. Essen hervorragend. Wer was anderes sagt, hat Ansprüche, die kaum ein anderes Hotel erfüllen wird.....wer mosern will, der findet natürlich immer einen Grund. Definitiv komme ich wieder (dann mit Familie)!
