I stayed for two nights during the lavender period in July, and it was neither good nor bad. I think the location is the best. The front desk was very friendly. The building is old, but the rooms were kept clean. If the lobby was more colorful and nice, I think I would have felt better. It would have been nice if they provided disposable slippers. Breakfast was included, but the selection and content was a bit lacking. There wasn't much of a Hokkaido feel to it. It's a shame. The venue is large, so it wasn't crowded. It would be nice if they provided takeaway coffee in paper cups. The bath was large, and there was a sauna and an open-air bath, which was nice, but I think it would be better if it was 30 minutes later in the morning and evening. The person cleaning the bath came in silently exactly on time and started cleaning silently, which was a bit disappointing. It can't be helped since they're busy. The room cleaner was nice. So overall, I give it 3 stars!
