The welcome tea at the hotel was delicious, with orange juice, cucumber juice, and lemonade – very refreshing for summer. The room was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. The concierge delivered our takeout quickly, and the robot delivery service was a modern touch. Kelly handled our check-in efficiently and had a great attitude. My friend and I had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel facilities and amenities are great, and the breakfast spread was fantastic – I really enjoyed my meal. Kelly provided excellent service and was very quick to resolve any issues. Shizhushan is also very close to the hotel, so I went for a walk there early in the morning and enjoyed the fresh air. Overall, it offers good value for money.

For breakfast, there was a great selection of fruits, as well as both Chinese and Western pastries. Overall, it offered good value for money.

Stayed here with a friend and the service was excellent, the room was great too. Breakfast was a buffet. Sometimes a robot delivered room service, other times it was a concierge, which was really smart yet still felt personal. We ate so much for dinner that we decided to take a walk. Wanda Plaza is right next door, so it was bustling, and the night market smelled amazing! Kelly recommended we check out the outdoor Moon Pool at the lobby bar – it was super Instagrammable! The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. When I needed a disposable bathtub liner for my room, it was delivered quickly. My food delivery also arrived fast, brought by a robot. Kelly provided excellent service; she noticed I looked a bit tired during check-in and specially sent some fruit, which I really appreciated.

This hotel is great. The parking lot is huge, so parking is very convenient. Concierges at the entrance always greet you and help with luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick and the service was excellent. Our butler, Kelly, thoughtfully asked if we preferred a room facing the street with a nice view or a quieter one facing the residential area. She was very considerate. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

They upgraded my room for free and even included breakfast, which I didn't get a chance to eat. The room was incredibly spacious, neat, and clean, with excellent soundproofing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room facilities were top-notch. The hotel service was also very thoughtful. I highly recommend this place.

The service was very professional. My express delivery arrived early, so I contacted the hotel to help sign for it. When I checked in, the front desk kindly reminded me that a package was being held at the concierge desk. The concierge staff member was also thoughtful and delivered both my luggage and the package to my room, which made for a great experience.
