A very nice hotel, and you can reach the beach quickly. The parking garage costs extra, unfortunately, but on the upside, you can take the elevator directly to your floor. There's construction going on next door at the center, and we could clearly hear it from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. This should have been communicated during booking. The breakfast is very diverse, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Great location and the front desk service was excellent. The only downside was the terrible soundproofing in the rooms; it was very noisy. However, I still had a pleasant stay.

Very good

The hotel's location is great, very convenient with a bus stop right outside. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. They have an underground paid parking lot. The breakfast was decent, and the room, though not large, was sufficient and had its own balcony. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old.

The environment is great, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. I highly recommend this resort; you can book with confidence, it won't disappoint. The transportation is very convenient. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. The room is very clean.

I want to express my compliments to the hotel staff. I stayed in room 512 with my family. All my requests were attended to. Thank you for the attention given to my son, for whom I always called to request his soup. The reception, cleaning, and breakfast teams are all top-notch.

There are ongoing construction noises coming from nearby hotels. Pool is usable because of the constant drilling noises and expect to be awoken at 8 am and drilling is constant till 6pm. Could not possibly recommend until this construction is complete and likely to be 2/3 months from now.

Cleaned every day, good breakfast, great location (hotels part of Funchal, but also walkable to centre), lots of restaurants and shops around, bus stop right outside, pleasant and helpful staff, well maintained pool, pool towels provided. Only con - old hairdryer, so it gets very hot and smells burnt. Also no iron.

Room is spacious with balcony. Outside the hotel, there are public buses going to Funchal center. It's also located in the shopping area with restaurants and supermarkets. You can sit at rooftop to have a sea view. Breakfast buffet is good. Airport is less than half hour on taxi.

The room had a balcony and included a kettle, coffee/tea maker, chairs, a table, and a small refrigerator (charges apply). There was complimentary water, chips, and whiskey on the table. The hotel Wi-Fi seemed unreliable; I used my own Vodafone SIM card. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, although the beach itself wasn't great.

My airline canceled my flight at takeoff due to excessive wind, and since it was July, we were stranded with no other options. The hotel charged me for my entire stay, including breakfast. Apparently, it's not uncommon for wind to prevent flights from landing in Funchal, so keep that in mind when looking for accommodation. I recommend booking for just one night without breakfast, and if you manage to land, then look for accommodation for longer. And I certainly do not recommend this hotel.
