酒店很乾凈衞生，原來出門住酒店喜歡自己帶燒水壺，對於這個酒店比較放心，前台很熱情，每個月都會來住兩三次，中午想出門吃飯，遇到酒店工作人員在樓層，讓她幫我點了辣一點的中餐送到房間，很快速送到，服務很貼心[愛心]1822客人的真實反饋

設施滿分，環境滿分。美中不足的是門口停車位有限，停滿了就要去地庫，地庫比較小，也很繞。餐廳環境也很不錯。包間很大，菜系還行，外地朋友過來會缺少家鄉特色菜系。有婚宴場地、包間也很大、酒店前台服務非常好，熱情禮貌。住宿區域衞生差一點意思，地毯可能沒有吸塵。酒店後門有個小吃街。

房間乾淨衞生，早餐種類多口味好。另外還要特別感謝酒店的一件事是，我退房離店時遺留了一雙鞋子在房間，回程時才發現，聯繫酒店，酒店一位男員工（手機號173開頭，尾號6691）主動配合，周到服務，將鞋子通過快遞郵寄給我，感謝他及其他為此事做出努力的酒店員工們！祝您們工作順利，萬事如意！
