There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste. There was no ref and microwave. Other than that, everything was nice. There was free breakfast. There is a swimming pool. The thing I liked the most was the free shuttle to Disneyland. I loved my stay here!!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ready for us every morning and included a variety of choices.

Poor customer service from front desk. The front desk male stated that I reserved for 2 single beds when my reservation clearly showed for an single king bed. Very dirty rooms especially carpets which didn’t appear to have been cleaned for years. Thin walls so you hear every little noise outside rooms. Very soft mattresses. Breakfast food appeared undercooked to the point my fiancee had food poisoning from it. Would not recommend.

The location of the hotel is convenient and there are businesses around. highway. Not far to Disneyland. But the facilities are old. There are a lot of traveling family guests.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in the United States! According to the price/performance ratio of surrounding hotels, the old hotel is still passable.
The service gave a bad review, the main reason is Alyssa, the foreman. On the day of check-in, the assigned room faced the highway and was very noisy. Ask the front desk to change to the other side. When the staff is ready to operate, Alyssa intervenes and informs that nearly 100 rooms on the 5th floor are fully booked and cannot be changed. I went to Ctrip to check, there were more rooms available, communicated with her, and was told that Ctrip was overbooked, the data was incorrect, and there were still no rooms. After many pleadings, she changed the room farther away from the expressway, saying that it was close to the elevator, which was convenient for us. But after checking into the new room, the noise of the elevator going up and down made it impossible to sleep.
I won't give examples for other questions one by one, I hope it will be helpful to other friends who are planning to make a reservation.
