Magnificent ocean view from the room and onsen. Very good service for everything: check-in, induction, restaurant, souvenir shop, check-out, shuttle bus…

非常喜歡鞆之浦這座小漁村，有名勝古跡、古老的街景，充滿懷舊的歷史氛圍，而且風光明媚。鷗風亭緊鄰海岸，窗景極美，位置超好，一泊二食相當出色，服務極佳，尤其是餐廳服務員Motohiro、大廳接待員Sirikwan超棒，讓我留下深刻印象。溫泉設施很喜歡，共有三處可泡，可望見美麗的海景與島嶼。

娘と孫娘と女3人旅でした。宿泊ルームはプレミアムスイートで広い部屋でテンションがあがりました。ラウンジもついてましたが、お酒は誰も飲めないので、ジュースやおつまみを頂きました。 お食事も夕食朝食共に大変美味しかったです。 女性が好む綺麗な盛り付けもポイント高いです。 売店で売ってるものもありましたので、気に入ったものは土産で購入しました。 鞆の浦も大変気に入りましたので、その時は又こちらに宿泊したいと思っております。

初めての鞆の浦観光の宿に私たちが選んだのは、ホテル鴎風亭です。館内からの眺めが素晴らしくて、料理もおいしそうな素敵な宿だと思ったからです。 実際に宿泊してみると、私たちが思い描いていた通りの絶景と、おいしい食事と、素晴らしいおもてなしの素敵な宿でした。そして、それにプラスして、福山駅からの往復の無料送迎バスが利用できたことがありがたかったです。送迎バスを利用するには事前の予約が必要です。 私たちは、福山駅１２時発の便にしました。福山駅からホテルまでは、およそ３０分。１２時半過ぎには、ホテルに到着しました。チェックインの時間までは、鞆の浦散策をし、ちょうどチェックイン時間の３時ごろまで、しっかり観光を楽しみました。 翌日も、チェックアウトの時間に合わせてバスが出るので、たっぷりとホテルライフを楽しむことができました。自分で運転しない分、レンタカー代もかからず、車窓からの景色もたっぷりと楽しむことができました。

大浴場だけではなく部屋の風呂まで故障していて、入浴せずに寝ることになってしまった。アクシデントなので仕方がないと思っていたが、ホテル側の対応がとても不誠実だったので気持ちが変わった。チェックアウト時にも申し訳なかったという様子はみじんもなかった。
一泊２万円以上の高い料金なのに、騒々しい家族連れと一緒の部屋で二食とも食事をさせられた。
料金をディスカウントしてほしい。
なによりも大気汚染のせいなのか外気が臭く、景観と全く合わなかった。
二度と行くことはないだろう。
