施設は新しく、とても清潔感があり快適でした。ホテルの方のホスピタリティもとても感じが良かったです。朝食のバイキングもおいしかったです。4Fにあるお風呂は小さかったのですが、男性風呂に朝5:30に入ったので一人で快適でした。5人も入ればかなり窮屈な感じの広さなので、それが嫌な方は時間を選んで早朝(5:00から)または深夜(24:00まで)利用されるのが良いのでは、と思います。使用済みのバスタオルが廊下に出されている部屋が幾つかあり、フロントに問い合わせたところ、連泊者で室内清掃が必要ない部屋は清掃担当者への目印の意味もあり、 そのようにお願いしている、との事でした。しかし他の宿泊者に与えるイメージは決して良いものではないので、改善をお願いしました。折角、良いホテルなので勿体ないと思いました。

浜松の旅行目的で宿泊をしました。 シングルルームを2部屋で予約しました。 部屋はバストイレが一緒で広さはひとりで泊まるのに充分なものでした。アメニティはボディシャンプー、リンスインシャンプー、簡易歯ブラシ、大タオル、ハンドタオル、浴衣、ドライヤーがついているのでほぼ手ぶらでOKですね。ただボディシャンプー、リンスインシャンプーは好みがあるので自分は持ち込みのものを使っています。 朝食付きで翌日に頂きましたが、満足度は充分です。大浴場がやっていなかったのが残念ですが、全体的に満足度が大きいです。オススメですね。機会があればまた使いたいと思います。 寝る時に設備のモーター音が気になったですが、寝付きの良い方は気にならなかったようです。
