Reviews for Fukuoka Hotels

Richmond Hotel Tenjin Nishi-Dori

Richmond Hotels has always been my first choice for accommodation in Japan, and this stay in Tianjin Xitong is also quite satisfactory. The hotel is located in the lively Tenjin business district and is also very close to the station. The room and public facilities are well equipped, and the space is quite comfortable and bright. The hotel staff was very kind and although the English communication was not smooth, they would do their best to solve the problem for the passengers. The only pity was that this stay was on the fifth floor, and at night there was still a little noise and bowling from the building next door. If you have the opportunity to visit Fukuoka again, you will want to stay again.

I used it for about a week's consecutive nights. As the brand name suggests, the customer service of the staff was very good, but the parts related to the room were subtle. Wi-Fi is unusually weak. → I couldn't use it as much as I didn't have it, and it was very stressful to stay consecutive nights. Cleaning is miscellaneous → The unit bath smells like a toilet. The glass provided is a treatment that retains the previous sense of use in the mouth. Also, even though the glass was out, it was not replaced for a week. The customer service is a good hotel, but I was very dissatisfied with staying consecutive nights, such as the oldness of the building and the incompatibility of the cleaning company. Since it is for short-term guests, those who are supposed to stay consecutive nights recommend other hotels.

Hakata
Taxi from Fukuoka Airport costs ¥1,710. It's close to Hakata Station, there's a convenience store and Matsukiyo nearby, so it's quite convenient, and I think it's well stocked with amenities. Even though there was a slight accident at check-in, the front desk responded quickly and appropriately, making me feel good. When I asked him where the station was, he kindly explained it to me in an easy-to-understand manner.
