QUINTESSA Properties in Fukuoka

It is super convenient hotel as its around 5 -7 mins walk from Mina tenjin (where Aeon supermarket is). The room size is a tad small. If you are having large suitcase it is a challenge. Cabin bag is still ok.. Right next door is family mart. Behind is Shin Shin ramen. Full Full bakery is also a block away. Breakfast is simple but yet it serves the local delicacies. Great stay nevertheless as its close to the tenjin train station which is 5 mins walk.

A Comfortable Stay at Quintessa Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin Minami ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Quintessa Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin Minami and had a great experience. The hotel is notably large, modern, and exceptionally clean. What I loved about this hotel: Facilities: It’s very convenient as they offer on-site parking and a bicycle rental service, which is perfect for exploring the Tenjin area. The Room: A huge plus is that every room comes with a bathtub, perfect for soaking and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Space Recommendation: If you prefer more space, I highly recommend booking a Twin Room or larger. While the Single Rooms are a bit compact (as is typical in Japan), they are still better designed and more comfortable than many other hotels I’ve stayed at in the same price range. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Fukuoka. Great location, helpful staff, and top-tier cleanliness!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights in January and everything was truly excellent. The location is perfect – central yet quiet, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went out of their way to help with recommendations and small requests. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful, the bathroom modern and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The on-site restaurant served delicious dinners at reasonable prices. Overall, everything was exactly as it should be – no complaints at all. Great value for money and a really pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed for a transit to nearby area in Kyushu. Room was very nice, surprisingly spacious considering the price. If you have a lot of lugguage, I recommend getting the room over a capsule. Onsen was small, slightly lukewarm but the weather was 35C so understandable. Bathroom was small but had everything it needed and functioned perfectly fine. Ammenities were available by the lift and all were great. Location is as good as it gets other than the Hakata City centre or other busy areas. 30 mins walk or 15 mins bus/subway to Hakata station.
