Bed is massive and decor is sleek, a very spacious bathroom which is rare in Japan for this rate. Basic amenities: really just a bed and a good shower with a bathtub. This hotel is very well located in Daimyo, the hippiest area full of trendy boutiques and izakayas and bars frequented by locals, especially great for those who wanna experience Fukuoka local life. The lobby of course is the most attractive place to rest and sit for coffee in morning. Breakfast is a basic set of pastry and drink under reservation so just skip it.

The hotel's location and ambiance are indeed excellent. The only downside is that the room is a bit small; fitting two suitcases can be a challenge. However, downstairs there's a coffee shop, washing machines, and self-service luggage storage, which makes it a very convenient and stylish hotel. Plus, it's right next to a trendy street with brands like Le Labo, BAPE, and Chrome Hearts.

This hotel is located in a fairly good area as it’s pretty self sufficient with lots of food places. Especially the Japanese-Chinese restaurant right outside. In terms of commuting, I believe it was about a 10-12min walk away from the station. So if you don’t mind walking, this is a good place to stay. Though the books were mostly Japanese, but I’ve flipped through some pretty good photos books. I generally enjoyed the toilet! And it’s awesome that they provide robes.

A very convenient location with lots of food and shops. They have bikes free to rent can ride around in Fukuoka in style.Nice breakfast

Decoration, location, service and basic facilities are all good. The only thing that we are not really happy about is that their “king size” bed is actually 2 double beds putting aside, and the double beds are even movable loll… Not that comfortable when you suddenly feel a gap at your back in between under the bed sheet…

Great location and very good food!! Hotel was clean and well kept. There is a lot of things to do in this area that is with in a 5 min walk from the hotel, from shopping to bars and night life. 10/10 would recommend.

The location is fantastic, very close to Tenjin Underground Shopping Center, and Mitsukoshi department store is nearby. It's right on a trendy fashion street with lots of dining options. Although the room was a bit small, it was perfectly functional, soundproofed well, and very clean. And the coffee was delicious!

The location is fantastic! The room was a bit on the small side, but very clean. Downstairs, there are plenty of great places for shopping, buying things, and dining. Everything was good, especially the location.

If any of you ask me would stay again this hotel again, I definitely say no with many reasons, i) staff doesn’t have any service mind-set. I am very well aware of textbook based processs everywhere in Japan but honestly no flexibility at all, whatever ask for them the answer would be no friendly but textbook. ii) the room size is extremely small, compare to the room size of hotel room in Japan (in average). Not able to share with someone else, just tiny. iii) this hotel seems to aim to being eco-friendly but not sure. Just reduce the resources and not to do much for room guest. I was so stupid to pay such amounts to stay this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location , there’s a Donki store about 5 mins walk , there’s are many restaurants nearby hotel , the room are clean , but since the rooms are small , we would recommend hotel to move away the table in the room

It’s very centrally located. It’s a simple and clean hotel. The room is not big but has everything. The bathroom is spacious - has shower & bathtub. I will stay there if I visit Fukuoka again

A comfort and cozy hotel to stay for budgeted travellers. I like the bathroom most which is spacious. The lobby is too small but good with microwave oven and lockers.
