This trip to Japan, Japanese people to be kind, food is delicious and it's easy to find food and near my accommodation

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. The room is very spacious. The dryer wasn't great, but the bathroom's drying function worked really well for clothes. It's an unstaffed hotel, so you're on your own from check-in. The only issue was that no one came to change the trash bags, so I had to take the trash out myself, but the location of the trash room wasn't clearly marked.

This is a serviced apartment with self check-in. Upon entering the unit, I found a condom next to the sofa 🤮🤮🤮😡. I immediately informed Trip.com and the hotel, but there were no staff on-site, only a smart tablet in the room for communication. I was moved to another room that was older, smelled bad, and the washing machine left a strange odor on clothes after washing. I do not recommend staying here.

It's a self-service stay, so check-in and check-out were all handled by ourselves, which was convenient. The location is good. However, the hygiene was just average. We were four people staying in a family room with three double beds, but only one bed had pillowcases and a duvet cover. The other two beds didn't have duvet covers or pillowcases, which was quite unhygienic. If they had informed us before booking that duvet covers and pillowcases wouldn't be provided, we would have brought our own. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were also not provided.

Great for family trips. There are plenty of free parking spaces. It's also very convenient, just about a 7-8 minute walk to Hakata Station.

A fairly unfriendly check in (3pm) and check out time(10am). Amenities need improvements ie. no of towel per person regardless of number of stay . Location is fine and only a short walk to train station.

Getting to Hakata Station was quick and easy. It wasn't a big deal that I couldn't check in early, but having to check out by 10 AM and not being able to store my luggage afterward was inconvenient. Luckily, I brought my own disposable sheets because the ones provided were filthy and covered in stains! The cleanliness was really poor! I couldn't find any staff around either!

The cleanliness was appalling. The bathroom was full of gnats, and the room had an unpleasant odor.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable The check in process is confusing. Was advised to do a pre check in and was given a QR code and password which fail to work Did another check in at the premises and given a set of password for the apt, end up the apt key is lock in a door safe that need to retrieve to open the door using the key!

The hotel is a bit far from the train station, about a 15-20 minute walk, so it's more suitable for those traveling by car. Overall, the hygiene was good, with no obvious stains on the bedding or sheets. The instructions for disposing of rubbish weren't very clear; more detailed information on sorting and disposal locations would be helpful. The space is very generous, enough to easily open and lay out four large suitcases. There's a convenience store near the front of the hotel, which is handy for stocking up on supplies. However, the lack of other shops or restaurants nearby is a downside. The kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for those who enjoy preparing their own food.

Spotlessly clean, and I had a very satisfying stay. The location was excellent and very convenient. The only minor issue was the door lock, which was a little tricky to open, but everything else was perfect. Check-in was super easy and convenient!

During your stay, they don't change sheets, towels, or take out the trash for you. You have to handle cleaning and disposing of garbage yourself. Also, if you run out of supplies, you need to contact staff online in advance. The location is decent; it's about a 10-15 minute walk from Hakata Station, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby. It's quite quiet at night.

This is a self-check-in hotel. A day before our stay, we received an email with the main door code, and a barcode was issued after we pre-registered our details. The room was very spacious and included a kitchen. Its location is fantastic, only a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. For guests driving, free parking is available, which is a huge convenience.
