Small but comprehensive facilities inside the room and in the hotel, great value for money and I will visit again; also convenient in location and close to many restaurants and shops!

This hotel is super convenient! It's located in the Tenjin area, just a two or three-minute walk from Akasaka Station (Airport Line) Exit 3. If you have a lot of luggage, you can use Exit 6, which has an elevator. Tenjin Station and Tenjin Underground Mall are only about a 10-minute walk away. They offer a simple breakfast, perfect for grabbing a bite before heading out for the day. Plus, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a Lawson on the back street, which is incredibly handy.

Well served by the airport subway. Just a few minutes walk from the Akasaka station. Very convenient if you intend to visit Tenjin for shopping as well as some nature at the Ohori Park. Very pleasant stay and I basically walked to everywhere that I intended to visit. Free simple breakfast at the cafe next door too. They do not provide facial toiletries though, unlike many other japan hotels

Review: Excellent Convenience and Warm Service in Tenjin I recently completed a 6-night stay at the Hakata Green Hotel Tenjin, and it served as the perfect base for exploring Fukuoka. Check-in & Service The arrival process was incredibly efficient. While I had to pay the local accommodation tax upon arrival, the staff made the process quick and seamless. Throughout my week there, I was consistently impressed by the hospitality; the staff are exceptionally polite and greet you every time you pass through the lobby. Checkout was just as smooth as the arrival. Location & Accessibility The location is arguably the hotel’s strongest feature: • Transit: It is just a short walk to Akasaka Station, making it easy to get around the city. • Convenience: There is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, which is perfect for grabbing quick essentials. • Shopping & Dining: You are within easy walking distance of the main Tenjin shopping district. Even late at night, there are plenty of great restaurants open nearby. Dining & Breakfast My stay included a free light buffet breakfast every morning. It is a convenient way to start the day, though I did notice the selection was the same every day. It would be a great improvement if they could add a little more variety to the menu for guests staying multiple nights. Final Verdict Between the friendly atmosphere and the unbeatable proximity to both transport and nightlife, I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for its convenience and reliable service.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Tenjin. It's also only a 4-minute walk from Akasaka Station (via Exit 6) after taking the airport line. Breakfast is available at the hotel. It's enough to fill you up, but if you're particular, you might prefer to grab breakfast at Blue Bottle.

Pros: There's a convenience store right in front, and the staff are really friendly. They even gave us free breakfast coupons! Cons: When we turned on the heating, there was a musty smell, which was a bit unpleasant. We couldn't open the window for ventilation, but at least there's an air purifier. Other than that, it was really great!

This hotel is located in Fukuoka's Shimotori shopping district, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. They offer free access to the hot springs, which are on the same floor as the front desk. You can just wear your yukata straight from your room.

The hotel was clean and offered a complimentary breakfast buffet, which included pasta, scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes, and fried chicken. Free water was also provided. It was a bit surprising, however, that they didn't offer free luggage storage.

Great location, it's only 20min away from the airport by taxi. very central, you can come back to leave your shopping and go back to shop easily. quiet room and it's very clean but little small, i totally fine with the price i paid for. one down side is they could't keep luggage for free anymore even for their own customers.

Great location, clean room, and reasonable space, though the price is on the higher side. However, the attitude of one of the reception staff was unpleasant and affected our mood during the stay. The service staff at Pronto could also be a little more welcoming—a simple smile goes a long way and doesn’t cost anything 😊.

It was clean and close to the subway, which was great. It's convenient for shopping and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's easy to go out for meals. The breakfast was also excellent, so I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel with good service and clean rooms , good room size and close to restaurants and seven eleven store

From check-in, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I went back and forth a lot to drop off my luggage, and they always greeted me every time. The 1 PM check-in time was a huge plus, and the late check-out allowed for a relaxed breakfast. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance.

An excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Self-check-in and check-out made things super convenient. The room was perfect for one person, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It’s incredibly close to Akasaka Subway Station, just a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fried chicken and eggs! There are lots of great restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is right across the street, which was incredibly handy. The hotel was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Fukuoka!
