Location was super good 5 minute walk to Hakata station. There is bath tub in the hotel that u can enjoy the salt bath after a long day walk and sightseeing. The hotel provides three kinds that you can chose . Nearby also have Starbucks , convenience stores and late shopping for essential items till 11pm . MRT convenient to Tenjin and others nearby places to visit like shrine .

The location is just near Hakata Station which is a good location to base yourself. Room is clean and comfortable with all necessities provided. FYI, there are two JR Kyushu Blossom within 10 minutes walk from each other, so do make sure you're heading to the right one.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is no parking at the hotel so have to walk and carry the luggage about 5mjns before reaching the hotel. Close to Hakata station

Near JR station and near airport subway station. Around the hotel a lot of restaurants. I front door got fresh cherry blossom for decoration just nice and elegant. Room clean and breakfast really good.

Good location and helpful staffs. Can walk through underpass to jr station which is very helpful especially on rainy days. Good service especially when we need emergency doctor assistance

The location is fantastic, only about 200 meters from Hakata Station's Chikushi Exit. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the room wasn't huge, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. You could choose from four set meals, but the portions were tiny – I stayed for three days and never felt full once.

Overall, this stay felt average. The hotel location is fairly convenient, making it easy to get around. The front desk service was acceptable and the check-in process was reasonably efficient. The room cleanliness met basic standards. Overall, there were no major issues, but nothing particularly impressive either, suitable for travelers with modest expectations. Note to traveller that may need late check out:Late check-out will incur an additional fee of 2500 yen.

Front desk personnel were friendly and check in (2pm onwards) was a breeze. We arrived much earlier and they were thoughtful to deliver our luggages to our room. Room size was big, considering the Osaka standard, and it was comfortable stay. They provided amenities and also bath salt at lobby for self service. Location was excellent, near Hakata station.

This hotel is larger than your average Japanese hotel and very clean. It's super close to day tour meeting points and Hakata Station, so I highly recommend it! Just a heads-up, the front desk gave me a room at the very end of the hallway (a 'tail room'), so if that bothers you, definitely mention it to them.

Hotel location is very good only a short walk from Hakata Station. Around the station obviously has plenty of food options and next to the rail means good connectivity to the rest of the City and Kyushu. Service is impeccable and I left my luggage with them early in the day and they had it delivered to my room already come checkin time which is mega props. It is plenty easy to street hail cabs with the central location and the Airport is just a short trip away. Highly recommend to those who seek something fuss free.

I stayed for 4nignts . Totally no service. I requested to have one more towel and asked me to get myself at counter. No room cleaning and no room keeping
