Hotel location is good, close to Tenjin station and conveniently located near to the center and many Department stores around the hotel
But our room is very small has problems with opening suitcase
Is my birthday vacation trip , hotel has put some decorations on our bed with Happy Birthday card but no other surprises as upgrade or celebration treat
And the front desk staffs are ok and helpful, some are very friendly but some are just no facial reaction
But still, I will recommend people to stay in this hotel for convenient

The hotel was newly renovated in 2018, rooms look new and clean. As we didn't need room service, we were then given a big bag next morning filled with clean towels and pajamas and slippers. The buffet breakfast had limited choices and the food didn't get refilled after 9 am. The breakfast wasn't worth the value.

Perfect for family with young kids! There're two TVs in the bedroom so the kids do not need to fight for it.
Towels / water are refreshed daily by staff.

Well, the hotel has limited staff, for those who will drive and park at the hotel. Please expect to carry your luggage by yourself from the parking to the room. There's no bell boy in this 4 stars hotel. The location is very convenient, if you are bringing babies or toddlers, it's easier for you to dine without searching around. The hotel shared elevators with the shopping mall next to it. You may access the mall restaurants in the6&7 floor, which there's lots of choices.

staff are friendly n helpful. Dinner at its restaurant on 17/F is delicious n value for money. Breakfast is okay but not many choices as what the others said. Location is wonderful for tourist n may be even better than Hakata area in my opinion.

the hotel location is perfect as it is in the city centre whereby there is direct access to the shopping malls. Check in was smooth and the room was quite spacious.
