The hotel room has a balcony with a view of the park. It's also conveniently located near the original Ichiran Ramen, which always has a queue, so I went at 8 AM to avoid the crowds. There's also a popular mentaiko restaurant across the street that's always packed with Koreans. The hotel was very quiet at night, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us send a package! I'd definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Hotel Grandolce Hakata. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even more pleasant overall. The room is on the smaller side (typical of Japan hotel sizes) so it’s best suited for solo travelers. That said, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The location is a big plus. It’s near Tenjin Central Park and the Nakasu yatai stalls, which made it easy to explore the area, especially at night. Bus stops and the subway station are also within walking distance. Shops around Tenjin and Daimyo are about a 10-15 minute walk, but you can also easily get there by bus. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay, especially for solo travelers.

As a solo traveler, I was delighted to stay at this extremely well-located hotel with a beautiful view of Fukuoka. Furthermore, the welcome was very pleasant, and it was possible to request a luggage scale at reception, which was very convenient for me. The room has everything a solo traveler needs, but it might be a little small for two people due to luggage space.

It was the best. For a picky person like me. Location, facilities, cleanliness, service. Everything was satisfactory.

I was glad that the amenities were plentiful. There was a particularly wide selection of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Thank you for the front desk's attentive guidance. I also found myself making good use of the 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor. Overall, the hotel was clean and in a convenient location, which was nice. However, the Wi-Fi in the room was weak and cut out frequently, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel room needs to be cleaned but I don't know how to do it. The front desk didn't give a clear answer. If the air conditioner is not turned on, the room will feel like an ice cellar. Facilities: comprehensive Sanitation: clean Environment: facing the park Service: very good

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many restaurants nearby and shopping is very convenient. The most important thing is that the view is beautiful facing Central Park and the windows in the room can be opened. This is very important to me.

It was good that you responded to my urgent request. (I checked after arrival without making a parking lot reservation, and they responded.) The higher the floor, the better the view from the window. It is a pity that the window could not be opened due to the presence of insects.
